- Cybersecurity Requirements: To comply with cybersecurity requirements, particularly the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU, it is recommended to set a strong password upon the device's initial use.
Device Overview
The TCL TAB11FE features various keys and connectors for operation:
- Keys: Power key, Volume up/down keys.
- Connectors: SD card tray, Microphone, Front camera, Back camera, Flash Light, Speaker.
- Navigation Buttons: Back button, Home button, Recent apps button.
Button Functions:
- Back button: Returns to the previous screen or closes dialogs.
- Home button: Returns to the Home screen. A long press activates Google Assistant.
- Recent Apps button: Displays recently used applications.
- Power key: Locks/unlocks the screen. Press and hold to access power options (Power off, Restart, Aeroplane mode, Cast). Press and hold the Power key and Volume down key simultaneously to take a screenshot. Press and hold the Power key for at least 10 seconds for a force reboot.
- Volume keys: Adjust media volume. In the Camera app, they can be used to take photos.
Accessibility Features
Activate accessibility features by pressing the Volume Up and Volume Down keys simultaneously for 3 seconds. For hearing assistance, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack. TalkBack is a gesture-based screen reader that provides spoken audio feedback for screen content.
