Instructions for Safe Operation and Setup
Important Safety Information
- Remove set from packaging before connecting to power supply.
- Use only with the supplied adaptor.
- Ensure that the cable is completely uncoiled whilst the set is in use.
- LED bulbs are non-replaceable.
Wi-Fi Pairing Methods
This section details how to connect your Genio Wi-Fi Smart Tube Light using different pairing methods.
BK, EZ, and AP Methods Overview
To ensure successful pairing, please follow these steps carefully.
General Pairing Steps:
- Download the "Mirabella Genio" App from the App Store or Google Play and register an account.
- Connect your mobile phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: The Tube Light does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi).
- Connect the adaptor to the tube light and switch the power on. Wait for the Tube Light to start blinking rapidly (approximately 1 blink per second).
Troubleshooting Blinking: If the tube light does not start blinking when first powered on, power it off, then power it on again. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the top of the tube light until it begins blinking rapidly.

Bluetooth BK Method
Leverage the Bluetooth pairing assistant for an easier setup. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Open the Mirabella Genio APP and tap the
+
icon. - The APP should automatically discover the Tube Lamp. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.

Fasting Blinking EZ Method (Bluetooth Off)
This method is used when Bluetooth is not enabled on your phone.
- Open the Mirabella Genio APP and tap the
+
icon. - Select "Genio Tube Light" under the "Smart Lighting" category.
- Follow the in-app prompts to connect the tube light to your APP.
Slow Blinking AP Method (1 blink per 2 seconds)
Use this method if the fast blinking pairing does not work. While the light is fast blinking, press and hold the ON/OFF button again until the light blinks slowly.
- On the "Reset the device first" screen, tap "EZ mode" (located in the top right corner, below the battery icon) and select "AP Mode".
- Confirm the indicator is slowly blinking, then tap "Next".
- Proceed to connect to the Wi-Fi network named "SmartLife_XXXX".

Alternative Control: Without using the Genio APP, you can quickly double-tap the ON/OFF button on the light to cycle through lighting modes: white, color quick flash, color slow fade, and back to white.
Important Notes on Repair and Safety
Should the tube light or adaptor become damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Repairs must be carried out by an authorized person only. This is a requirement under Australian Standards for your safety.
