Alternator Connections

The Alternator unit is connected via multiple terminals:

• Terminal 1: Connected via 2 x 10mm Brown wire.
• Terminal 6: Connected via 2 x 10mm Brown wire.
• Terminal 4: Connected via 2 x 10mm Blue wire.
• Terminal 11: Connected via 10mm Green/Yellow wire.
• Terminal 9: Labeled EARTH and connected to the ground symbol ?.
• Other terminals present: 2, 3, 8, 5, 10, 7, 12.

DSE Deep Sea Electronics 6110 Mk2 Controller Connections

The DSE 6110 Mk2 controller has the following connections:

• COM 37: Connected via 1.5mm Black wire to terminal 37.
• COM 36: Connected.
• CT3 35, CT2 34, CT1 33: Connected via 1.5mm Black wire to terminal 33.
• N 28: Connected via 1.5mm Blue wire to terminal 28.
• W 27, V 26, U 25: Connected via 1.5mm Brown wire to terminal 25.

Main Distribution and Circuit Protection

The main power input, originating from Alternator Terminal 1, is routed through a 125A MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and a 125A RCD (Residual Current Device).

A 2A fuse is incorporated into a circuit originating from terminal 25.

Output Sockets and Protection

The system provides power to multiple output sockets, each protected by MCBs:

• 63A 230V Socket:

  Fed by a 10mm Blue wire from the main distribution and a 10mm Brown wire from the 63A MCB.

  Terminals: L (Line), N (Neutral), E (Earth). The Earth terminal is connected to the ground symbol ?.

• 32A 230V Socket (x2):

  Each socket is fed by a 4mm Blue wire from the main distribution and a 4mm Brown wire from a 32A MCB.

  Terminals: L (Line), N (Neutral), E (Earth). The Earth terminal is connected to the ground symbol ?.

• 16A 230V Socket:

  Fed by a 1.5mm Blue wire from the main distribution and a 1.5mm Brown wire from the 16A MCB.

  Terminals: L (Line), N (Neutral), E (Earth). The Earth terminal is connected to the ground symbol ?.

Hard Wire Terminals

Connections are provided for hard wiring:

• 10mm Green/Yellow wire.
• 2 x 10mm Blue wires.
• 2 x 10mm Brown wires.

These connections appear to originate from the Alternator section.
