Stay in control with customizable control solutions. AAON offers a wide range of control solutions to optimally regulate and monitor the operation of your HVAC systems. The ASM01686 Refrigerant System Module for VFD Compressors (RSMV) monitors and controls one refrigeration circuit of the HVAC unit. The RSMV connects to the VCCX2, VCCX, and VCCX-IP Controllers. The RSMV provides four analog inputs, three binary inputs, three relays, and four analog outputs. Up to four RSMV's can be connected, depending on the size of the system. The module is designed for R410-A refrigerant. There are two E-BUS expansion ports which allow the connection of communicating sensors and E-BUS modules. Top View of RSMV Module: The diagram shows the layout of the RSMV module with various connection terminals labeled. Key components and their approximate locations are indicated. Terminals include power (+5V, GND, +24 VAC), communication (RSMU, MODBUS), inputs (TEMP1, TEMP2, TEMP3, BIN1, BIN2), outputs (RLY1, RLY2, RLY3, AOUT1, AOUT2), and E-BUS expansion ports. Side View and Dimensions: The diagram illustrates the physical dimensions of the RSMV module in inches. The overall width is approximately 5.73 inches, and the height is approximately 5.00 inches. The depth is approximately 1.49 inches. Mounting holes are indicated, with dimensions for placement. Terminal Designations: Detailed labeling of various terminals on the module, including power inputs, sensor inputs (temperature, pressure), relay outputs, analog outputs, binary inputs, and E-BUS communication ports. Specific terminals are designated for sensors like suction pressure, head pressure, and coil temperature. The RSMV module is housed in a plastic enclosure. It is designed to be mounted using the three mounting holes in the enclosure base and the included mounting screws (#8 x 1" sheet metal screws). The RSMV needs to be installed in an environment which can maintain a temperature range of -22°F to 158°F not to exceed 95% RH levels (Non-Condensing). It is important to mount the device in a location that is free from extreme high or low temperatures, moisture, dust, and dirt. Be careful not to damage the electronic components when mounting the module. Scan the code for additional product information [QR Code Placeholder] ?PHYSICAL
