Follow the standard procedure as with other devices; finally, name the device.
If there is an error, check and repeat the action:
- You may have entered the wrong WiFi password.
- Ensure your smartphone or tablet is connected to 2.4 GHz WiFi with internet.
- Sonoff is too far from the router and the WiFi signal is too weak. Move the device closer to the router.
- The WiFi LED blinks green twice every second: The Sonoff device has connected to WiFi, but the connection to the server was unsuccessful. Check your network connection to see if your router allows it or has MAC address blocking.
Operating Modes
You can switch between three operating modes: Inching / Interlock / Self-locking
1. Self-locking Mode
In self-locking mode, you can turn on/off 4 connected devices independently. For example, if you turn on CH1, the connected device will continue to operate. If you turn off the device, the connected device will stop. 2. Inching Mode
In inching mode, you can turn on connected devices for 0.25-4s (1 to 16s for Sonoff 4CH Pro R2). For example, you can turn on connected device CH1 for 1s, then it will automatically turn off. Toggle K5 to 0000 Input AC 90-250V connected to the relay outputs. Toggle S6 to 1 Toggle K6 to 1s (1100)Inching Mode GIF
3. Interlock Mode
In interlock mode, you can turn on 1 device and simultaneously turn off other devices at any time. For example, if you turned on CH2, then when you turn on CH3, CH2 will automatically turn off.
