Mounting Instructions

Batten Mounting

Installation on ceiling or wall through mounting clips. Use mounting clips for installation on ceilings or walls. The diagram illustrates the mounting process and provides recommended mounting distances (L) in mm for different fixture lengths: L300 (200-260mm), L600 (300-500mm), L900 (600-800mm), L1000 (700-900mm), L1200 (800-1100mm). Minimum clearance of 50mm above and 100mm to the side is indicated.

Wiring and Linking

Wire Connection I

For power connection, use a 2-pin plug. Note: The 2-pin plug is not provided as an accessory. The diagram shows a connection point where a plug connects to a socket.

Wire Connection II

For power connection, use a wire connection box. Note: The wire connection box and connector are not provided. Connector dimensions are approximately 10 mm x 20 mm x 25 mm. The diagram illustrates wiring within a connection box.

Linking Method I

Connect the male plug of one fixture into the female socket of another. Affix the next system only after linking is complete. The maximum amount of linking is 8 pieces.

Linking Method II

Use a connector jack cable (not provided) for linking as required. The maximum amount of linking is 8 pieces.

Operation Instructions

1. The luminaire shall be installed by a qualified electrician and wired in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements.
2. Do not use the fixture if housing or power cables are damaged.
3. The product is suitable for ceiling, surface, and cover mounting.
4. Do not use in supply voltage exceeding 220-240V ±10% for extended periods.
5. Do not place readily flammable material near the lamp to avoid fire or electric shock.
6. In case of operation failure, switch off the power and contact your nearest dealer.
7. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for improper usage or modification of the product.

Important Safety and Usage Notes

• This product allows a maximum of 8 pieces trunking (via connector or end-to-end trunking). For safety, connection of BN058C with any other product is prohibited.
• Please switch off the power supply before changing the product or connection.
• Maximum current of power cable: 2A.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• Corrosive atmospheres or hazardous materials such as sulfur, chlorine, phthalate, etc., must be avoided during use and storage.
• This product is designed for indoor use only; do not use it in humid, wet, or outdoor environments.

Warranty Information

Proof of purchase and this warranty certificate are required for service. Warranty is void under conditions such as tampering, unauthorized repair, exceeding warranty period, normal wear and tear, physical damage not affecting function, improper usage (incorrect power supply, accessories, installation, or operation), and force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
