Product Introduction

Preparation and Quick Setup

To use the Aqara Camera Hub G2H Pro, a smartphone or tablet with Wi-Fi or cellular network (iOS or Android) is required. Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection.

1. Download the Aqara Home app: Search for "Aqara Home" in your device's app store or scan the provided QR code.
2. Power up and turn on the Camera Hub G2H Pro: Connect the device using the MicroUSB power cord. The status indicator will turn yellow and flash quickly. Ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. Add the product to the Aqara Home app: Open the Aqara Home app, navigate to "Add Device (Accessory)", select "Camera Hub G2H Pro", and follow the on-screen instructions. A successful connection will be indicated by a solid blue light.

Connecting to Apple HomeKit

Product Installation
