This document provides installation instructions for the Hooke Road BXG.8255 Front Bumper, designed for Ford F-150 models (2018-2020, excluding Raptor).

- 10mm, 13mm, 19mm Wrench

Installation Time
Estimated installation time: About 2 hours. Recommended for 2-3 people. Actual time may vary based on mechanical skill level.

Installation Instructions
Step 1: Remove Factory Bumper
Remove the factory front bumper and any related accessories from your vehicle.

Step 2: Assemble Wings and Main Body
Attach the Left and Right Wings to the Main Body of the bumper. Use three (3) M12*30 Hex Bolts, three (3) D12 Split Lock Washers, and three (3) M12*30*2 Flat Washers for each side. Tighten these bolts securely.

Step 3: Assemble Bull Bar
Attach the Bull Bar to the Main Body. Use four (4) M8*20 Hex Bolts, four (4) D8 Split Lock Washers, four (4) M8*16*1 Flat Washers, and four (4) M8 Hex Nuts. Tighten these bolts securely.

Step 4: Assemble License Plate Bracket
Assemble the License Plate Bracket (components A1, A2, A3). Use two (2) M6*20 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws, two (2) M6*12*1.3 Nylon Round Spacers, and two (2) M6 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts. Then, attach this assembly to the bumper using two (2) M6*20 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws, two (2) M6*12*1 Flat Washers, and two (2) M6 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts.

Step 5: Install Winch Power Control Box Bracket (Optional)
If you have a winch power control box, attach its bracket. Use two (2) M8*20 Hex Bolts, two (2) D8 Split Lock Washers, and two (2) M8*16*1 Flat Washers. This step is optional.

Step 6: Mount Bumper to Vehicle
Lift the assembled bumper and align it with the vehicle's mounting points. Secure the bumper using one (1) M12*35 Hex Bolt, one (1) D12 Split Lock Washer, one (1) M12*30*2 Flat Washer, and one (1) M12 Hex Nut for each side. Tighten all bolts.

Step 7: Final Adjustments and Completion
Tighten all bolts on both sides after adjusting the bumper's height to ensure a proper distance between the bumper and the vehicle's frame.
