IQOS ILUMA Device Components

The IQOS ILUMA device consists of a Holder and a Pocket Charger.

Holder: Features status lights and a button.
Pocket Charger: Includes a door, status lights, and a charging port.

Charging the Device

To charge the Holder, place it inside the Pocket Charger. The Holder status light will indicate the battery level.

Charge the Pocket Charger using the provided charging cable and power adapter. A full charge takes approximately 135 minutes.

How to Use

Insert TEREA Stick: Insert a TEREA stick into the Holder until it vibrates and the lights pulse. Heating starts automatically or by pressing the button for 1 second.
Start Using: Use the device once it vibrates and the lights are steady.
End of Use: The device will vibrate and the lights will flash white for the last 30 seconds or last 2 puffs.
Remove TEREA Stick: Remove the used TEREA stick and dispose of it properly after it has cooled down.
Recharge Holder: Place the Holder back into the Pocket Charger to recharge.

Tips and Tricks

Check Holder Status: Tilt the Holder towards you or press the button. The lights indicate the battery level.
Check Holder Status on Pocket Charger: Press the button on the Pocket Charger. The Holder status light will turn on.
Check Pocket Charger Status: Press the button on the Pocket Charger. The Pocket Charger status lights will turn on to indicate the battery level.
AUTOSTOP (Automatic Stop): The experience will stop if the TEREA stick is moved or removed from the Holder.
Light is blinking yellow/orange: Battery is depleted, needs charging.
Lights blinking white twice: The device is within the operating temperature range (0°C-40°C).
Light is blinking red: Reset the IQOS ILUMA ONE™. If the red light persists, contact customer support.
Reset: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds, then release. All status lights will turn off, blink twice, and turn on to confirm the reset.

Do not disassemble, tamper with, or attempt to repair the device or its components.
Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures or humidity.
Do not use the device with flammable materials or liquids.
Keep the device away from children and pets.
SMARTCORE STICKS™ contain small metal parts with sharp edges.
Do not ingest SMARTCORE STICKS™ as they can cause serious internal injury or nicotine poisoning.
Do not clean the device with cleaning agents.
Regularly clean the USB port of the device.
Handle the device with care; do not drop or subject it to impact.
Do not use the device if it is damaged or leaking battery fluid.
Do not use the device if it is overheating, sparking, emitting vapor, igniting, or burning.
Do not insert any object into the heating chamber other than SMARTCORE STICKS™.
The device operates within a temperature range of >0°C/<40°C.
SMARTCORE STICKS™ are for single use only.

Battery Risks

The IQOS ILUMA™ and IQOS ILUMA PRIME™ are powered by sealed lithium-ion batteries.
If you encounter battery leakage, do not induce vomiting, eat or drink anything, and seek immediate medical attention.
If battery vapor is inhaled, move to fresh air and seek medical attention.
If battery fluid contacts skin, wash the affected area and hands thoroughly and avoid contact with eyes.
If battery fluid contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Disposal Information

Do not dispose of the device or its batteries with household waste. Follow local regulations for electronic waste disposal. Used batteries can be returned free of charge to the point of sale.
