Assembly Steps

Step 1

[point] to desk diagram. [two-people] recommended for assembly. Attach leg frames (105344) to the bottom panel using screws (118331) and the Allen key (100092).

Step 2

[insert] wooden dowels (101344) into the side panels. Attach the side panels to the bottom panel.

Step 3

[insert] cam lock housings (110519) and cam bolts (103430) into the side panels. Attach the top panel.

Step 4

Secure the structure using cam locks (110126). [detail] shows cam lock mechanism. [detail] shows screw (103114) and cam bolt (103430) connection.

Step 5

[insert] the back panel into the assembled frame.

Step 6

Attach drawer runner rails (123771) to the side panels using screws (110519). [detail] shows runner attachment.

Step 7

Attach a support bracket (103114) to the underside of the top panel using screw (109534).

Step 8

[detail] shows the assembly of drawer runner rails onto the drawer box structure.

Step 9

Attach drawer runners (100365) to the drawer box sides using screws (100365).

Step 10

[point] to desk assembly. [insert] wooden dowels (101344) into the side panels. Attach the top panel to the side panels using screws (118331).

Step 11

[insert] wooden dowels (101344) into the side panels. Attach the side panels to the leg frames.

Step 12

[insert] screw (118331) into the leg frame. Attach the top panel to the side panels.

Step 13

[insert] wooden dowels (101344) into the side panels. Attach the side panels to the leg frames.

Step 14

[insert] cam locks (110126) and cam bolts (103430) into the structure. [detail] shows cam lock mechanism.

Step 15

[insert] screws (118331) to attach the top panel to the side panels.

Step 16

Attach drawer runners (100365) to the side panels using screws (100365).

Step 17

[insert] screws (101344) to attach side panels to the main structure. [detail] shows screw (101344) attachment.

Step 18

[insert] cam locks (110126) and cam bolts (103430) into the structure. [detail] shows cam lock mechanism. [detail] shows screw (100365) and cam bolt (103430) connection.

Step 19

[insert] screws (101344) to attach side panels to the main structure. [detail] shows screw (101344) attachment.

Step 20

[insert] screws (118331) to attach the top panel to the assembled base. [detail] shows screw (118331) attachment.

Step 21

[insert] the back panel into the structure.

Step 22

[insert] cam locks (110126) into the structure. [detail] shows cam lock mechanism.

Step 23

[insert] cam locks (103430) and cam bolts (103430) into the structure. [detail] shows cam lock mechanism.

Step 24

[insert] screws (100086) using the Allen key (100092) to attach the top panel.

Step 25

Assemble the drawer box. Attach drawer front panels (10081375) to the drawer box sides (121338) and bottom panel (153549).

Step 26

Attach the back panel (153549) to the drawer box.

Step 27

Attach drawer runners (100365) to the drawer box sides using screws (100365).

Step 28

[point] to desk frame. [insert] the assembled drawer into the desk frame.

Step 29

[insert] the cable grommet (121208) into the pre-drilled hole on the desk top. [insert] the cable grommet cover (121186) into the grommet.
