Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach the feet

Place the two main base panels on a protected surface. Screw six feet (Part 114947/115988) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of each base panel using the provided screws. Ensure they are tightened securely.

Step 2: Attach the side panels

Insert twelve dowels (Part 130618) into the designated holes on the edges of the base panels. Screw twelve cam lock bolts (Part 113287) into the corresponding holes on the inner faces of the side panels. Align the side panels with the base panels and push them together. Insert four cam locks (Part 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620) into the holes on the base panels and turn them clockwise to secure each side panel to the base.

Step 3: Attach the central support panel

Position the central support panel (Part 144342) between the two halves of the base. Secure it using two screws.

Step 4: Attach the second set of side panels

Insert eight dowels (Part 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620) into the designated holes on the edges of the base panels and the first set of side panels. Screw eight cam lock bolts (Part 118137, 122971, 141028, 130725, 119253) into the corresponding holes on the second set of side panels. Align these panels and secure them using cam locks.

Step 5: Attach the top panel

Insert four cam lock bolts (Part 118137, 122971, 141028, 130725, 119253) into the top edges of the side panels. Place the top panel onto the unit, aligning the holes. Secure the top panel by inserting four cam locks (Part 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620) into the underside of the top panel and turning them clockwise.

Step 6: Attach internal vertical dividers

Insert two vertical divider panels into the unit. Secure each divider using a bracket (Part 144342) and two screws (Part 113287).

Step 7: Attach internal horizontal shelves

Insert two horizontal shelves into the unit. Secure each shelf using cam lock bolts (Part 118137, 122971, 141028, 130725, 119253) and cam locks (Part 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620).

Step 8: Insert back panels

Slide the two back panels into the grooves at the rear of the unit.

Step 9: Attach internal supports

Attach four brackets (Part 115444) and four brackets (Part 115443) to the inside of the unit using screws (Part 116637).

Step 10: Attach cable management clips

Attach cable clips to the back of the unit as shown.

Step 11: Attach drawer runners

Attach two drawer runners to the inside of the unit using cam lock bolts (Part 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620) and cam locks (Part 118137, 122971, 141028, 130725, 119253).

Step 12: Assemble drawer/compartment base

Assemble a smaller compartment base using the provided panels and fasteners.

Step 13: Attach drawer/compartment side

Attach the side panel to the assembled base.

Step 14: Attach internal metal supports

Attach metal supports to the inside of the unit using screws (Part 133203, 133204, 133205, 133207, 133206, 10093227) and (Part 10093069, 144567, 144568, 144569, 144570, 144571).

Step 15: Route cables

Route any necessary cables through the designated openings and clips within the unit.

Step 16: Attach decorative strip

Clip the decorative strip (Part 133209, 133210, 133212, 133211, 133208, 10093085) into place.

Step 17: Level the unit

Adjust the feet (Part 100006) to ensure the unit is level on the floor.

Step 18: Level the unit

Adjust the feet using the provided tool to ensure the unit is level on the floor.

Wall Mounting

Important: Always secure furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware to prevent tip-over accidents.

Tools required for wall mounting: Drill, screwdriver, spirit level, pencil.

Step 1: Position and mark the wall

Place the assembled unit against the wall where you intend to mount it. Use a spirit level to ensure it is straight. Measure and mark the desired height for the wall brackets. The diagram indicates measurements: 44 mm (1 3/4") from edges, 600 mm (23 5/8") and 513 mm (20 3/16") between bracket positions, and 80 mm (3 1/8") from the top/bottom.

Step 2: Prepare the wall

Drill holes at the marked positions. Insert wall plugs (Part 103693) into the drilled holes if your wall requires them (e.g., drywall). Ensure the wall plugs are flush with the wall surface.

Step 3: Attach wall brackets to the wall

Secure the wall mounting brackets (Parts 144343, 144344, 144345, 144346, 144347) to the wall using screws (Part 103693). Ensure they are firmly attached.

Step 4: Mount the unit to the wall

Lift the assembled unit and hook the brackets on the back of the unit onto the wall brackets. Ensure the unit is securely attached to the wall. A "Click!" sound may indicate a secure connection.
