I. Installation
Unpack the chair:
- Carefully open the package to avoid damaging the contents.
- Remove all packaging materials such as foil, foam, or tape.
- Ensure that all seat components are present as per the contents list.
Check seat for damage:
- Carry out a thorough visual inspection of the seat, paying particular attention to metal parts, plastic parts, and upholstery.
- If you notice any scratches, dents, cracks, or other damage, do not plug in the chair.
Contact seller in case of damage:
- Contact the seller by telephone or e-mail, informing them of any damage you have noticed.
- Include photos of the damage and packaging to help identify the problem.
- Follow the dealer's instructions on next steps, such as returning the seat or replacing parts.
Check completeness of accessories:
- Ensure that all accessories listed in the instructions are present.
- If you find discrepancies with your order during delivery, please notify the seller immediately.
Storage and use of the electric control chair:
- The chair should be stored and used in normal dry conditions, indoors, where the temperature is controlled between +10°C and +40°C and the relative humidity is between 30% and 75%.
- If the chair will be stored at temperatures below 0°C, set the recommended room temperature for at least 5 hours before using it.

- Children must be supervised and should not play near the seat to avoid risks.
- For safety, the electric beauty chair and its systems should be switched off when not in use and left unattended.

II. Connection to Mains
Before inserting the plug into an electrical outlet, ensure that:
- The socket is connected correctly to earthing and that it complies with current regulations.
- The socket is able to withstand the maximum power load of the appliance.
- The socket corresponds to the plug. If not, the socket must be replaced.
- The mains voltage is as specified in the Technical Data table.
Important:
- Do not use extension cords.
- Use an unbent cable.
- The electrical supply cable may only be replaced by an authorized specialist.
- Do not carry out any repairs to electric actuators yourself.
- Avoid direct sunlight, UV radiation, rain, excessive dust, humidity.

III. Leo PRO 4 Electric Chair Connection and Operating Instructions
1. Armrest Installation
The backrest of the chair should be positioned horizontally. To install the armrest, insert it into the hole located on the side of the backrest. The armrest should be securely attached. Make sure it is properly and firmly placed in position. Repeat the process with the second armrest. The armrests on both sides of the product can be freely tilted backward by 180°, ensuring not only user comfort when getting in and out but also maximum comfort.
2. Cosmetic Chair Settings Using the Remote
The remote control is equipped with advanced manual control functions that allow precise adjustments of various device settings:

The remote control should not be exposed to water or other liquids, as it is an electrical device. Spillage can cause permanent damage, leading to complete destruction.
3. Headrest
To accommodate users of varying heights, the headrest has an adjustable length, allowing it to extend up to 14 cm.
4. Towel Rack
At the bottom of the footrest, there is a practical towel rack that significantly facilitates work, providing easy and quick access to necessary accessories.
IV. Warnings and Precautions
- Use the chair in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with the above remarks does not constitute grounds for complaint.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical or mental capacity or lacking experience and knowledge, unless they use it under supervision or after receiving instructions from a person responsible for their safety.
- The chairs should only be used by adults and in accordance with the instructions.
- The chair is designed for indoor use in dry and confined spaces and for treatments carried out exclusively for one person at a time.
- Do not move the chair with the patient.
- It is forbidden to sit down abruptly on the seat (jumping in).
- Sitting, kneeling, and leaning on the bolster, shelves, and armrests is prohibited.
- Avoid prolonged contact of the seat upholstery with oils. Oilproof coverings or waterproof sheets should be used for this purpose.
- The chair should be used and stored away from direct sources of fire and heat.
- Do not expose the seat to prolonged sunlight to avoid discolouration of the upholstery.
- After bringing the chair from a cold room, wait 15 minutes before plugging it in.
- It is advisable to fully adjust the height of the seat from minimum to maximum to ensure even distribution of the lubricant inside the engine. This should be repeated 2-4 times a week to ensure proper maintenance of the seat and to prolong the life of the engine.
- Do not remove the plug from the socket by pulling on the cable.
- Do not dismantle the unit or attempt to access its interior.
- The chair may only be used if the above recommendations are met.
V. Maintenance and Maintenance Measures

To keep the chair's surface in perfect condition, wipe it down with a clean, soft cloth and then evenly apply a special upholstery cleaner. After its application, wipe the surface again with a clean, soft cloth to ensure even cleaning. Regular cleaning has a positive effect on the quality and life of the surface.
Maintenance:
Professional users are responsible for implementing regular maintenance procedures, both monthly and semi-annually. Inspect the controls and their wiring weekly, checking the condition and function of the following parts at least once every six months:
- Power cable and its attachment.
- Engine wiring.
- Correct attachment of accessories.
- Complete all adjustments and make sure the bed is working properly.
If any defects are found, stop using the equipment immediately. For example, if the device makes unusual noises or does not work properly, contact the after-sales service. Only experienced or authorized personnel may open or replace the actuator or control unit.
In accordance with the provisions of the law on electrical and electronic equipment waste, it is prohibited to dispose of used equipment marked with the symbol of the crossed out bin with other household waste. Used equipment should be returned to proper collection point. The above statutory obligations were introduced in order to limit the amount of waste generated from electrical and electronic equipment waste and ensure an appropriate level of collection, recovery, and recycling of used equipment. VIII. Warranty Conditions
The manufacturer guarantees good quality and efficient operation of the equipment for a period of 2 years for constructional elements, 2 years for upholstered elements, and 2 years for electronic and hydraulic accessories.
The warranty does not cover activities provided for in the manual that the Buyer is obliged to perform themselves (e.g., installation, maintenance). Liability under the warranty covers only defects inherent in the equipment. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, storage, maintenance, or transport, color differences due to solar radiation, chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution, accidental punctures or abrasions, stains from oils or lotions, or permanent staining from dyes. Mechanical damage is also not covered.
The buyer forfeits warranty rights if:
- The equipment is repaired by an unauthorized entity.
- Design modifications are made without the manufacturer's written consent.
- The equipment is used contrary to its intended purpose.
- The equipment is used after a defect has been identified.
The manufacturer is not liable for property damage or damage to third parties caused by the use of the equipment.
Exercising warranty rights does not affect the seller's liability for defects. The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair.
The scope of warranty coverage is limited to the country where the equipment was sold.
The manufacturer will perform warranty obligations free of charge within 14 days of the equipment's delivery to the manufacturer or authorized service center. If repair cannot be completed within this period, the buyer will be informed of the reasons for the delay.
To exercise warranty rights, the following conditions must be met:
- Presentation of proof of purchase (VAT invoice, receipt, etc.).
- Photographic documentation of the defective equipment with a brief description of the reasons for the claim.
- Reporting the defect within 14 days of its detection.
- Delivery of the equipment in original packaging at the manufacturer's expense to the specified address.
- Designation of the place where the manufacturer will deliver the repaired equipment (limited to the country of purchase).
The manufacturer is not liable for damage incurred during transport by the delivery company until the equipment is collected by the manufacturer.
If the shipment was ordered by the manufacturer, the buyer must check the technical condition of the equipment upon receipt. If damage is found, the buyer must notify the manufacturer within 3 days of receipt to enable the manufacturer to file a claim with the delivery company.
