Connectivity Method

Connect the keyboard to your computer by plugging the USB cable into an available USB port to start using it.

M1 V5 ISO System Commands (Windows)

Lock Windows Key: Press Fn and left Win Key.

Restore Factory Settings: Hold down Fn and press ~ Key for 5S.

Revert Ctrl into Menu Key: Hold down Fn and press right Ctrl for 3S.

M1 V5 ISO Wireless/Wired Connection Guide

Connection Mode Selection:

  • Bluetooth Device 1: Fn + E
  • Bluetooth Device 2: Fn + R
  • Bluetooth Device 3: Fn + T
  • 2.4G Wireless Device: Fn + Y
  • Wired Mode: Fn + U

Switch Position: The switch is located under the CAPS key.

Device Compatibility:

  • Top: Mac (built-in power supply on)
  • Middle: Default Windows (built-in power supply off)
  • Bottom: Windows (built-in power supply on)

Bluetooth-Pairing

To pair via Bluetooth: Turn on the keyboard, press FN+E/R/T to enter Bluetooth mode. Press and hold the FN+E/R/T combination keys for 3 seconds to activate pairing mode. The blue indicator light will flash quickly. Once connected, the light stays on for 2 seconds. If pairing fails, the light turns off, and the keyboard enters sleep mode.

2.4G-Pairing

To pair via 2.4G: Turn on the keyboard, press FN+Y to enter 2.4G mode. Press and hold the FN+Y combination key for 3 seconds to activate pairing mode. Insert the receiver; the green indicator light will flash quickly. Upon successful pairing, the LED indicator stays on for 2 seconds. If no device is found within 30 seconds, the indicator turns off, and the keyboard enters sleep mode.

Battery Level Check

In wireless mode, press FN+Spacebar to check the battery level. Indicators:

  • Less than 30%: Keys 1-2 light up red.
  • Less than 100%: Keys 1-9 light up green.
  • Full battery: Keys 1-0 light up green for 2 seconds.

Note: The spacebar's LED indicates battery status, not the dedicated battery indicator. Ensure RGB is on in wireless mode (USB cable unplugged) for this check.

Key/Lighting Effects Customization Instruction

VIA is a recognized software offering an intuitive interface for configuring and personalizing keyboard settings. Users can remap keys and adjust lighting.

VIA allows remapping keys, creating custom macros, and customizing lighting effects. For connection issues, load the corresponding V5 JSON file for your keyboard model.

  3. Opening the keyboard without manufacturer/dealer instructions voids the warranty.
