Troubleshooting:
Symptoms | Solutions |
---|---|
Reset | 1. Insert the included 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone audio socket, then remove it. Reconnect (sometimes requires multiple resets). 2. Go to T-fun App settings, click "Reset Settings". |
Delete Bluetooth | 1. Turn off the NC95 headphones first, then long press the "Multi-function" button for 10 seconds. 2. Go to T-fun App settings, click "Delete Paired Bluetooth". |
Bluetooth connection | On your device: 1. Disable and re-enable the Bluetooth function. 2. Remove the headphones pairing name from the Bluetooth list. 3. Clear the pairing list on your device. Connect again. 4. Reset the headphones by plugging and unplugging the audio cable or try to restart your phone. |
Bluetooth delay | Clear the Bluetooth cache or reset the Bluetooth, restart, and then double press the ANC button to switch to Low latency mode. |
Headphones don't charge | Ensure both ends of the USB charging cable are correctly connected. Try a different USB cable and connect to a wall charger. If exposed to extreme temperatures, let the headphones return to room temperature and then retry charging. |
Can't turn off ANC | To turn ANC on/off separately, use the ANC button. Long press ANC to turn off the green light, then long press the multi-function button (more than 3 seconds) to turn off the blue light (Bluetooth). Recommend turning off ANC when not in use to avoid unnecessary power consumption. |
Headphones' volume is very low | After successful pairing, tap the icon next to your device name in the Bluetooth menu and ensure "Sync volume with phone" is on. iOS synchronizes volume automatically; Android requires manual activation. |
Poor audio quality on Windows | There are "Headset" and "Headphone" modes. Toggle between them by changing your output device. Selecting "Headphone Mode" will drastically improve audio quality. "Headset Mode" is for highly compressed VOIP calls and is a limitation of that protocol. |
No Sound | 1. If exposed to extreme temperatures, let the headphones return to room temperature. 2. Long press the Multi-function button to hear the connected device. 3. Ensure you are using the correct device. Press play on your mobile device. 4. Please use another music source. 5. If two mobile devices are connected, pause your other device first. Restart your mobile device. Reset the headphones. |
Headphones don't connect to TV | Check if your TV is Bluetooth enabled. You may need an external Bluetooth adapter for non-Bluetooth TVs. Adapter usage: 1. Use an adapter with Transmitter/TX/Launch mode (some only have Receiver/RX mode). Transmitter adapters include an AUX port and audio cable. 2. Pairing steps (use audio cable, not adapter alone): Plug the adapter into a USB port for power. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the adapter's audio port. Insert the other end of the audio cable into your TV's audio output. |
Battery | Fully charged headphones can be stored for several months until completely discharged. To maintain battery life, avoid prolonged charging after full charge or prolonged deep discharge. |
