How to Use

ANC Mode

Long press the ANC button for 2 seconds to turn on ANC when Bluetooth is on. The LED indicator will be green when ANC is on, and the green light will be off when ANC is off.

Transparency Mode

Long press the ANC button for 2 seconds to switch between ANC mode, Transparency mode, and Normal mode.

Low Latency Mode

Double press the ANC button to turn on/off Low Latency Mode when headphone Bluetooth is connected with your device.

Use Bluetooth Function

  1. Hold the Multi-function Button for 5 seconds to turn the headphone Bluetooth on, then enter pairing mode. (The LED indicator light will flash quickly in blue and red.)
  2. Start the Bluetooth on your mobile phone and find the headphone Bluetooth pairing name " NC95 " to click it and pair. (The LED indicator light will flash slowly in blue after successful pairing.)
  3. Hold the Multi-function Button for 5 seconds to turn the headphone Bluetooth off.

Note: If the NC95 is not paired with any devices within 5 minutes after Bluetooth is turned on, it will automatically shut down to save power.

Bluetooth Multipoint Connectivity

Connect to two devices simultaneously:

  1. Turn on the headphones and enable Bluetooth on your first mobile phone. Search for " NC95" and connect.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth function on the first mobile phone (do not turn off the headphones).
  3. Pair the headphones with the second device via Bluetooth successfully.
  4. Return to the first Bluetooth device and reconnect it with NC95 again. Now both of your devices are paired with NC95 with easy switching.

Note:

Wired Mode

Headphones support AUX input for wired external audio source connection. Simply turn headphone Bluetooth off and plug in the audio cable.

* ANC/Microphone/Buttons controls work only in Bluetooth mode, not in wired mode.

T-fun App

Download the " T-fun " app to enhance your experience. The app offers:

App download is optional: You can use headphones basic functions via Bluetooth/Wired without the APP.

Tips: Install "English" as a second language on the phone (if your phone's language is non-English).

T-fun APP Download and Connection

Step 1: How to Download

T-fun APP can be downloaded from Apple App Store, Google Play, and the T-fun website.

Step 2: Bluetooth pairing with your phone

Bluetooth Pairing name "NC95": Connect your headphones directly without needing to download any app.

Step 3: Open the T-fun APP and pair with your APP

Bluetooth Pairing name "NC95–APP": Use this option for enhanced features and functionality.

Voice Dialing

Press the Multi-function Button twice to activate the voice dialing function (compatible with iPhone Siri and selected Android voice dialing software).

How to Wear

100° inward rotation: Adjust the earcups by rotating them 100° inward.

Adjustable Headband: Customize the fit using the adjustable headband.

Solutions to PC connection problems

mac OS

Ensure the headphone is connected before starting software.

Connect via [Bluetooth icon], [USB Dongle icon], or [USB icon].

Navigate to System Preferences [Settings icon] > Sound. Select "NC95" for Output and Input.

Windows

Ensure the headphone is connected before starting software.

Connect via [Bluetooth icon], [USB Dongle icon], or [USB icon].

Navigate to Settings [Settings icon] > System [System icon] > Sound. Select "NC95 Hands-Free AG Audio" for Output and Input.

Charging

Use the included Type-C charging cable to connect to the headphone Charging Port. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a computer USB port or USB wall charger (under 6.3V voltage).

The LED indicator light will be off or blue when fully charged. The headphones cannot be used while charging.

NOTE: Do not charge the headphones if the ambient temperature exceeds the charging range of 32°F (0°C) to 113°F (45°C).

UPDATE THE HEADPHONES

Upgrade firmware when connected to the T-fun app.

CLEAN THE HEADPHONES

The headphones may require periodic cleaning. Wipe exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth.

REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Replacement ear pads cushion can be ordered through T-fun customer service.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your headphones are covered by a limited warranty. Visit the T-fun website at t-fun.fun for details.

Troubleshooting:

SymptomsSolutions
Reset1. Insert the included 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone audio socket, then remove it. Reconnect (sometimes requires multiple resets).
2. Go to T-fun App settings, click "Reset Settings".
Delete Bluetooth1. Turn off the NC95 headphones first, then long press the "Multi-function" button for 10 seconds.
2. Go to T-fun App settings, click "Delete Paired Bluetooth".
Bluetooth connectionOn your device:
1. Disable and re-enable the Bluetooth function.
2. Remove the headphones pairing name from the Bluetooth list.
3. Clear the pairing list on your device. Connect again.
4. Reset the headphones by plugging and unplugging the audio cable or try to restart your phone.
Bluetooth delayClear the Bluetooth cache or reset the Bluetooth, restart, and then double press the ANC button to switch to Low latency mode.
Headphones don't chargeEnsure both ends of the USB charging cable are correctly connected. Try a different USB cable and connect to a wall charger.
If exposed to extreme temperatures, let the headphones return to room temperature and then retry charging.
Can't turn off ANCTo turn ANC on/off separately, use the ANC button. Long press ANC to turn off the green light, then long press the multi-function button (more than 3 seconds) to turn off the blue light (Bluetooth).
Recommend turning off ANC when not in use to avoid unnecessary power consumption.
Headphones' volume is very lowAfter successful pairing, tap the icon next to your device name in the Bluetooth menu and ensure "Sync volume with phone" is on. iOS synchronizes volume automatically; Android requires manual activation.
Poor audio quality on WindowsThere are "Headset" and "Headphone" modes. Toggle between them by changing your output device. Selecting "Headphone Mode" will drastically improve audio quality. "Headset Mode" is for highly compressed VOIP calls and is a limitation of that protocol.
No Sound1. If exposed to extreme temperatures, let the headphones return to room temperature.
2. Long press the Multi-function button to hear the connected device.
3. Ensure you are using the correct device. Press play on your mobile device.
4. Please use another music source.
5. If two mobile devices are connected, pause your other device first.
Restart your mobile device.
Reset the headphones.
Headphones don't connect to TVCheck if your TV is Bluetooth enabled. You may need an external Bluetooth adapter for non-Bluetooth TVs.
Adapter usage:
1. Use an adapter with Transmitter/TX/Launch mode (some only have Receiver/RX mode). Transmitter adapters include an AUX port and audio cable.
2. Pairing steps (use audio cable, not adapter alone): Plug the adapter into a USB port for power. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the adapter's audio port. Insert the other end of the audio cable into your TV's audio output.
BatteryFully charged headphones can be stored for several months until completely discharged. To maintain battery life, avoid prolonged charging after full charge or prolonged deep discharge.
