Operation Instructions:
Model: X-150
- Press "Mixing key" to turn on/off the mixing function.
- Press "Cold Drink key" (mixing must be on) to turn on/off the cold drink function. The compressor powers on or flashes.
- Press "Slush key" (mixing must be on) to turn on/off the slush function. The compressor powers on or flashes.
- Press "Lighting key" to turn on/off the light.
- Press "Set key" to enter user parameter setting. Use "temp setting key(-)" and "set key(+)" to adjust values. The system saves automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity.
- To enter factory parameter setting mode, hold "Set key" and "temp setting key" for 5 seconds. Use "Lighting key" to change objects and "Set key(-)" / "temp setting key(+)" to change values.
Model: X-300
- Press "Left Mixing Key" to turn on/off left mixing.
- Press "Right Mixing Key" to turn on/off right mixing.
- Press "Cold Drink key" (mixing must be on) to turn on/off cold drink function.
- Press "Slush key" (mixing must be on) to turn on/off slush function.
- Press "Lighting key" to turn on/off the light.
- Press "Set key" to enter user parameter setting. Use "lighting(-)" and "Adjust key(+)" to adjust values.

- Press "Left Mixing Key" to turn on/off left mixing.

- Press "Slush key" (mixing must be on) to turn on/off slush function.

- Press "Set key" to enter user parameter setting. Use "Lighting(-)" and "Adjust Key(+)" to adjust values.
- To enter factory parameter setting mode, hold "Mid Mixing Key" and "Right Mixing Key" for 5 seconds. Use "set key" to change objects and "Lighting key(-)" / "Adjust key(+)" to change values.
Notice: Do not change factory settings when the machine is working correctly.
1.4.3 Alarm Code Description
- 1, "--": Frozen bowl alarm. Compressor and motor stop for 10 minutes and resume automatically.
- 2, "RH": Temperature sensor malfunction. Stops cooling in cold drink mode but does not affect slush function.
- "LLL": Low voltage alarm. The machine stops. Check power supply. Restart after voltage stabilizes. A voltage stabilizer is recommended if this occurs frequently.
2. Safety
2.1. General Safety Rules
- Read the entire manual carefully.
- The power cord must comply with local safety standards.
- The power cord and plug size must comply with machine nameplate parameters, be properly grounded, and connected to appropriate switches and circuit breakers.
- Never operate near flammable or explosive objects.
- No technical modifications to the machine are allowed.
- Do not spray the machine with water.
- Follow instructions for operation.
- Do not mount the machine on other devices.
- Do not wash with benzene or other dissolved substances.
- Never block the machine's side vents.
Before cleaning, disconnect the machine from power.
Repairs must be performed by a service center or trained technician.
Damage due to improper operation voids the warranty. The factory is not responsible for personal injury or property damage.
2.2. Stop Function
Turn off the main switch to stop the machine.
3. Operation and Storage
All operations described in Chapter 4 must be carried out by professionals in charge of transporting/handling.
Use appropriate equipment based on goods' nature, weight, and local regulations.
3.1. Packaging
Goods are shipped packaged and fixed with foam inside cardboard boxes.
3.2. Transport and Handling
Requires at least two people for physical work.
- Keep the machine upright during movement.
- Pay attention to packaging and protruding parts.
3.3. Storage
Clean and disinfect the machine before storing.
For long idle periods, take protective measures:
- Place in an enclosed space.
- Prevent from being hit and squeezed.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and high temperatures.
- Keep away from corrosive substances.
4. Installation
Install in a bright, well-ventilated room with a hard, solid floor.
4.1. Mounting Location
- Floor must be firm and flat.
- Space should be bright, well-ventilated, and clean.
- Provide sufficient clearance for operation and emergency use. Recommended clearance on top of the bowl: 25 cm (10 inches).
Before first use, clean all parts, especially those in contact with slush.
4.2. Power Connection
Ensure the main switch is at "0" before plugging in.
Warning: The power socket must be easily accessible.
5. Operation
Before first use, a professional technician should check its functions.
5.1. Material Preparation
Pour material into the bowl when the machine is off and unpowered.
Warning: Minimum sugar content should not be less than 13% to prevent machine damage.
To remove the lid:
- Lift the back of the lid.
- Remove the lid from the front retainer.
After adding material, replace the lid.
Warning:
- Do not open the lid forcibly.
- Do not add liquid above 25 degrees Celsius.
- Be careful not to exceed the maximum limit or the mixer shaft when filling the bowl.
- Do not turn on the machine without the lid in place. Turn off and unplug before removing the lid.
- Turn off and unplug before removing any parts from the bowl.
5.2. Starting the Slush Machine
Refer to Section 1.4. Control Panel Description and Function.
5.3. Slush Concentration Adjustment
Refer to Section 1.4.2. Higher settings result in thicker slush.
5.4. Slush Production
Pull the handle to produce slush.
If not used continuously (especially with dairy products):
- Spray water onto the faucet and surrounding area, wiping with a clean cloth for disinfection.
- Before serving customers, test with a small amount of product.
5.5. Emergency Situations
- In emergencies, set the main switch to "0" to turn off the machine.
- If the machine is stuck, turn it off and contact the service center or a professional technician.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning external components, ensure the main switch is at "0" and the machine is unplugged.
Follow these instructions:
- Wear protective gloves.
- Do not use soluble or explosive materials.
- Cleaning is prohibited when the machine is powered on (main switch at "1").
6.1. Empty the Bowl
Remove all prepared material before cleaning.
6.2. Disassemble the Handle Parts
Do not dismantle the handle if material or liquid is in the bowl.
6.3. Remove the Bowl and Lid
Remove each bowl for cleaning.
To remove the bowl:
- Remove the lid.
- Raise the front part of the bowl to loosen it.
- Gently push and rotate its back to remove the bowl.
- Take out the mixer shaft and remove the seal ring.
6.4. Disassemble the Push Handle
Place the bowl on a smooth surface for easier tap removal.
- Pull the "U" towards you and push the tap with your other hand.
- Unlock the spring, hold it down, push horizontally, and release.
- Unscrew the bar from the tap.
- Hold the rubber flanges and separate the red rubber.
All parts must be washed with hot water and soap, then air-dried before reassembly.
6.5. Wash and Disinfect Components
All removed parts must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Important Note: Disinfection procedures must comply with operation guidelines.
Disinfection steps:
- Dispense antiseptic solution (2% sodium hypochlorite mixed with water) into a container.
- Wash the bowl, lid, and evaporator with a soaked sponge.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Pour disinfectant into another container.
- Dip disassembled parts into the disinfectant.
- Soak parts for 30 minutes.
- Wash thoroughly with water again.
- Air dry parts in a clean place.
- Reassemble as described in Section 6.6.
- Rinse thoroughly with water before using the machine.
Caution: Do not immerse the lid with the lamp in any solution.
To clean the lamp cover:
- Wipe the bottom of the lid (contacting the machine) with a clean, damp cloth.
- Wipe the outside of the machine with a clean, damp cloth.
- Use a disinfectant-soaked sponge to disinfect the bottom of the lid. Avoid wetting the lid's interface with the machine.
- Allow operation for 30 minutes.
- Rinse twice or more. Wipe the bottom of the lid with a clean water sponge.
- Place the lid on a clean, flat surface to dry. Dry the bottom and wipe external parts with a clean cloth.
- Install the lid after the bowl is cleaned and disinfected. Never clean the machine with the lid installed.
6.6. Reassemble Cleaned Parts
Reinstall all cleaned and disinfected components carefully. Lubricate components for efficient operation.
- Clean the tray and grid with warm water.
- Dry all parts.
- Place the grid back over the tray.
- Install the seal ring of the mixer shaft as shown in the diagram.
Important Note: Always check the integrity of the seal ring. Replace if broken.
Lubricate the seal ring with supplied Vaseline.
Install the mixer shaft (head C to shaft D). Rotate into the bowl and push the bowl to its position, ensuring contact with the seal ring (B).
To reinstall the faucet:
- Align the mixer shaft head with the bowl interface, press down the bowl.
- Lubricate joints fully with Vaseline.
- Place the piston in position and push the handle until it connects the faucet.
6.7. Rinse Cycle
Clean the machine circularly before starting.
- Fill the bowl with water.
- Let the machine stir for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the machine and open the tap to empty the water.
6.8. Clean the Water Box
Empty and clean the water box regularly. Pull up the water box with the lid and remove it.
6.9. Lamp Cover
6.9.1. Lamp Replacement
Turn off the main switch and disconnect power before replacing the lamp.
Remove the protective cap and unscrew cover screws using a suitable screwdriver.
6.10. Regular Maintenance
- The machine requires professional maintenance at least once a year.
- Regular inspection ensures all components are installed correctly for safe operation.
- Replace any damaged components with original parts.
7. Wiring Diagram
The wiring diagram illustrates the electrical connections for the slush machine, including power input, motors (mixing, fan, compressor), valves (EM valves), sensors (temperature), lighting, and display panel. It shows connections for different components like BLDC motors and provides terminal designations.
