Your iTECH Active 2 box includes: The interchangeable straps for the iTech Active 2 come in various colors and materials and are sold separately. Additional straps can be found via provided URLs or QR codes. Charge Your Fitness Tracker A fully charged iTECH Active 2 offers a battery life of up to 7-10 days (standby time). Battery life and charge cycles vary based on usage. Note: Your iTech Active 2 takes approximately 1-2 hours to fully charge. The iTECH Wearables App is compatible with most iPhones and Android Phones. A smartphone is required for call, text, and app notifications. To get started: Note: Do not use your mobile device's Bluetooth pairing to pair with the watch. Follow the pairing instructions within the mobile application. If you have previously connected your phone to the smartwatch, disconnect and "forget" the Bluetooth connection before setting up through the app. Your device will only work with the iTECH Wearables App accessed via the QR code. Power On & Off To Power On: Tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️ on your iTECH Active 2 for 5 seconds until the iTECH Active 2 logo appears on the watch screen. To Power Off: Tap the one-touch button ⚙️ until you reach the Settings screen. Tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️ on the 'Settings' screen to enter the settings section. Navigate to the Power Off icon ⏻. Tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️ on this screen to fully power off your device. Learn how to navigate your iTECH Active 2. Motion Gesture Rotate your wrist to turn on the watch screen. Tap the Menu ☰ on the home screen, then tap 'Settings'. From there, tap 'Motion Gesture' to access and set up this function. You can control the active hours for this feature. Setting it to be always on (12:00 AM to 12:00 AM) will consume more battery. Changing Watch Faces Personalize your watch with built-in watch faces. The iTECH Active 2 comes with 3 interchangeable watch faces. To change your watch face from the iTECH Wearables App: In the app, navigate to the Watch Faces page (found in the in-app settings menu) and tap on any of the available watch faces. Basic Navigation Tips Your iTECH Active 2 is a one-touch device. Interact by tapping the one-touch button ⚙️ to navigate. Tap and hold the button to activate features or enter sections like Settings. Timekeeping Alarms: Set up to three alarms via the iTECH Wearables App to occur once or on multiple days. Open the app, tap Menu, go to Settings, tap Alarms, and set your desired alarms. ⏰ Notifications & Messaging The iTECH Active 2 can display call, text, social media, and app notifications from your smartphone, provided both devices are within Bluetooth range. Note for Android Users: The 'Other' notification function is for unsupported app notifications. It is recommended to keep this off, as Android devices often send extensive data (screenshots, battery percentage, song changes) which can overwhelm the watch. Activity & Sleep The iTECH Active 2 continuously tracks stats like steps, calories burned, and distance covered. Sync your tracker to the iTECH Wearables App at least once daily to transfer this information. Turn on reminders to move in the app via the Settings Menu > 'Reminder To Move' selection. This feature is active between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Your iTECH Active 2 automatically tracks sleep time and stages (deep sleep, light sleep, time spent awake). Sync your tracker upon waking to view your sleep quality score and stats. The app provides detailed sleep metrics and an overall sleep score. Tap the Sleep card on the home screen for history and tap the sleep progress graph for a 'Sleep Summary' ?. The iTECH Active 2 tracks your heart rate throughout the day. To measure real-time heart rate, navigate to the heart rate feature ❤️ and tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️. The watch will vibrate while measuring and again upon completion, displaying your heart rate. Continuous Heart Rate: For 24/7 heart rate detection, enable 'Continuous Heart Rate Detection' in the app settings. The device will record your heart rate every 30 minutes. This data syncs automatically when within Bluetooth range. Continuous monitoring improves sleep statistics accuracy but consumes more battery; turn it off to conserve power. Track specific exercises like running, hiking, football, and basketball. The iTECH Active 2 offers 4 sports modes and 4 workout modes, recording details such as steps, total time, average heart rate, and calories. Some Helpful Tips: Utilize your smartphone's connected GPS for detailed workout stats, route, and pace information. Review your exercise history in the iTECH Wearables App. The Connected GPS feature uses your smartphone's GPS sensors. To use Connected GPS: From the app's home page, tap Menu ☰, select Running Mode. Tap 'Start' to begin tracking. Location permissions may be requested (allow 'While Using App'). Connected GPS remains active until paused or stopped. The screen shows heart rate and calories burned, with an option to view your route map. Completed activities can be reviewed in the app. Access more features via the app's Menu ☰ > Settings. The weather information updates every two hours. If your device is not connected, no information will display. Ensure your phone and device are connected. Note for Android Users: Weather data may occasionally appear incorrect due to Android's data transmission limitations. Ensure your device is properly connected. Update Fitness Tracker Firmware A pop-up notification will appear in the iTECH Wearables App for firmware updates. If no notification appears, navigate to Menu ☰ > Settings > 'Update Firmware'. Tap 'Update' to begin. Keep your fitness tracker within Bluetooth range during the update. The watch will restart automatically upon completion. Restart Your Active 2 If you experience issues with syncing, GPS, or tracking, you can restart your device from the wrist. Navigate to Settings ⚙️, then Power Off ⏻. After the device shuts down, tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️ for 3-5 seconds to turn it back on. Reset Your Active 2 If problems persist with syncing or GPS, a reset may help. Navigate to Settings ⚙️, then 'Reset' icon ?. Tap and hold the one-touch button ⚙️ to reset your device. The iTECH Active 2 is designed for all-day wear. Follow these guidelines for optimal performance and skin comfort: Note: The iTECH Active 2 is IP65 water-resistant, not waterproof. Do not submerge or swim with the device. It can withstand splashes, rain, and daily activities like washing dishes. If it gets wet, remove it until dry. Important Tips: Individuals with allergies, asthma, or eczema may be more prone to skin irritation. If irritation or redness occurs, remove the device and consult a dermatologist if symptoms persist. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. This equipment generates radio frequency energy and may cause interference to radio communications if not installed and used according to instructions. However, interference is not guaranteed in all installations. To correct interference, try increasing separation between equipment and receiver, connecting to a different circuit, or consulting a dealer or technician. Changes or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer may void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) the device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any received interference. This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits for an uncontrolled environment. The device and its antenna must not be co-located or operated with any other antenna or transmitter.
