The Broan Virtuo Air Technology™ system is an advanced residential fresh air system designed for contractors, offering superior air quality and ease of use. It features integrated electronic airflow measurement with a real-time LCD, auto-balancing, and energy-efficient PMSM ECM motors.

Defrost System
The Homeshield™ Defrosting System prevents backdraft by recirculating air to the house during defrost cycles. The system uses a thermistor to read outdoor temperature and adjusts defrost cycles accordingly. A 10-minute additional defrost occurs every 5 defrost cycles.
Fan Curves with Virtuo
Virtuo Air Technology™ utilizes artificial intelligence to control PMSM motors, performing 120 readings per minute to maintain requested airflow. This ensures balanced ventilation regardless of weather conditions, furnace type, stack effect, or filter clogging, optimizing heat/energy recovery efficiency.

Energy Performance
