Wearing Instructions

Safety Precautions
- Daily Wear: For daily wear, comfortably tighten the watch strap around your wrist, approximately one finger's width from your wrist bone. Adjust the strap so the heart rate sensor can collect data normally.
- Heart Rate Measurement: Keep your wrist still while measuring heart rate.
- Water Resistance: The strap has a 5 ATM water resistance rating. It can be worn in the pool or for coastal swimming. However, it cannot be used in places with high temperatures and/or humidity (e.g., hot springs, saunas, showers) or during high-speed water activities (e.g., diving, snorkeling, surfing). Remove the watch when washing clothes.
- Touchscreen: The watch's touchscreen is not designed for underwater use. If the watch contacts water, wipe it dry with a soft cloth before further use.
- Strap Tightness: Do not overtighten the strap during normal wear. Keep the contact area dry and clean the strap regularly with water. If skin irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical attention.
- Charging Environment: Ensure the power adapter, charger, and watch are in a dry environment during charging. Do not touch with wet hands or expose to rain/liquids.
- Long-Term Storage: If not used for an extended period, fully charge the watch, turn it off, and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge at least once every 3 months.
- Operating Temperature: Operating temperature is -10 °C to 45 °C. Performance may be affected outside this range.
- Broken Display: If the display is broken, do not touch it or attempt removal. Stop use immediately and contact an authorized service center.
- Charger: Use the included charging cable. Use only power adapters complying with local safety regulations or certified by a qualified manufacturer.
- Disassembly/Modification: Do not disassemble, deform, incinerate, or strike the watch. If swelling or leakage occurs, stop using the battery immediately.
- Battery: The watch has an integrated battery. Do not attempt to replace it yourself. Only authorized service providers can replace the battery. Incorrect battery types can be dangerous.
- Battery Hazards: Do not expose the battery to fire, high heat, or mechanical damage (cutting, crushing), which could cause explosion or leakage.
- Battery Disposal: Do not dispose of batteries in landfills. Follow local laws and regulations for disposal.
- Extreme Temperatures: Battery exposure to extremely high temperatures can cause explosion or leakage.
- Low Air Pressure: Battery exposure to extremely low air pressure can cause explosion or leakage.
- Small Parts: Keep the watch and accessories away from children to prevent choking hazards.
- Indicator Visibility: Keep the indicator away from children's and animals' eyes during use.

Warranty Information

Current warranties do not apply to Hong Kong and Taiwan.
