Notes and Warnings
Please pay attention to the following to avoid abnormal charging, high temperatures, intermittent charging, or no charging:
- Ensure the phone/watch is placed at the center of the charging area.
- For simultaneous charging of two devices, a QC2.0/3.0 Quick charger adapter (9V/1.67A) is recommended for optimal speed. Using a 5V/2A adapter will result in slower charging.
- The charging distance is 2-10 mm. Do not use a protective case thicker than 3 mm.
- The watch has temperature control. Charging will stop automatically if the temperature reaches 40°C. Charging resumes when the temperature returns to normal.
- Keep metal or magnetic objects at least 6 cm away from the back center of the phone during charging.
- Charging speed is faster at lower temperatures; charging is faster in winter than in summer.
- Avoid charging in high-temperature and humid environments to prevent circuit damage.
- Keep the device out of reach of children to prevent accidental damage.
