Before Wiring and Install
Important: Read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow them could damage the product or cause a hazardous condition.
- Ensure the product ratings match your application.
- Installation should be performed by a trained, experienced service technician.
- Verify product operation after installation.
Caution: [!] Electrical Shock or Equipment Damage Hazard. Disconnect power supply before installation.
Wiring
The thermostat is compatible with standard wiring configurations. Please refer to the specific diagrams for your model (GA, GB, GC).
- GA (Water Heating): Connects to AC 95~240V, Neutral (N), Live (L), and NTC sensor terminals.
- GB (Electric Heating): Connects to AC 95~240V, Neutral (N), Live (L), and NTC sensor terminals. Features CE LOAD.
- GC (Water/Gas Boiler): Connects to AC 95~240V, Neutral (N), Live (L), and NTC sensor terminals. Features Dry Contact.
- 24V AC connections: Terminals for 24V AC positive (AC_+), common (AC_COM), and NTC sensor are also shown.
Note: Check the voltage information printed on the back of the thermostat for actual voltage. NTC and Modbus are optional.
Installation
The thermostat fits standard 86mm square or European 60mm round pattress boxes.
- Accurately connect the power cable to the power terminal box.
- Fix the mounting plate onto the cassette using two screws.
- Hang the control panel onto the mounting plate.
- Installation is now complete.
Operation
During Power On
- Power On/Off: Press the knob to turn the thermostat on or off.
- Manual & Programmable Mode: Touch the [Mode] icon (represented by ?) to switch between manual and programmable modes. Manual mode displays [Manual], programmable mode displays [Program].
- Setting Temperature: In programmable mode, temperature and time settings are locked. Switch to manual mode by pressing the [Mode] icon. In manual mode, turn the knob to set the desired temperature.
- Adjusting/Setting the Clock: Press the [Clock] icon (represented by ?️) to set minutes, hours, and weekdays. Adjust values by turning the knob. Press the [Clock] icon again to confirm and exit.
- Locking Thermostat: Press and hold the [Power] and [Lock] icons for 5 seconds to lock/unlock. Full or half lock can be selected in system functions.
- Setting Programmable Schedules: Press the [Schedule] icon (represented by ?️) four times to access schedule settings. Minutes will flash; turn the knob to set. Press [Schedule] again for hours, then again for temperature. This completes the setting for Period 1. Repeat for Periods 2-6. Press the [Schedule] icon again to enter Saturday settings, then repeat for Sunday settings. Press the [Schedule] icon once more to confirm and exit.

A separate schedule can be set for weekdays (Mon-Fri) and weekends (Sat/Sun).

Checking Floor Sensor Temperature
Press and hold the [Down Arrow] icon for 5 seconds to display the floor sensor temperature. If no external sensor is connected, "Er" will be displayed. Note: Using third-party external sensors may lead to incorrect temperature readings.
Setting Functions and Options
During power off, press and hold the [Display] and [Mode] icons for 8 seconds to access system functions. Press the [Display] icon to scroll through functions and use the knob to change options. Settings are confirmed automatically.

Wi-Fi Connection
To use the Wi-Fi thermostat, configure Wi-Fi settings via a smartphone or tablet.
Step 1: Download Your App
Search for "Smartlife" on the Apple App Store or Google Play, or scan the provided QR code. Complete account registration and installation following the app's guidance.
Step 2: Connect the Thermostat
Method 1: Bluetooth Network Distribution
Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Set the thermostat to Wi-Fi enabled state (press and hold the [Wi-Fi] icon for 8 seconds when the thermostat is off). Follow the app tutorial to complete connection and settings.
Method 2: Scan QR Code Network Guide
When the thermostat is off, press and hold the [Wi-Fi] icon until the screen flashes quickly and the [Wi-Fi] icon (rapid blink) is displayed. Then, operate according to the app figures.
Method 3: AP Mode Network Guide
When the thermostat is off, press and hold the [Wi-Fi] icon until the screen flashes slowly and the [AP] icon is displayed. Follow the app figures.
General Wi-Fi Setup Steps:
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If you have a dual-band router, select the 2.4 GHz band.
- In the app, select the device type (Thermostat).
- Confirm the indicator light status (blinking slowly or quickly) as per the app instructions.
- Enter your Wi-Fi network name and password.
- The app will search for and connect to the device.

The app interface allows users to adjust temperature, change device names, set modes, and configure weekly programming schedules.
