Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for the Twelve South AirFly Pro.

Pairing AirFly Pro with AirPods (Transmit Mode)

To pair your AirPods:

1. Turn on AirFly Pro by pressing and holding the power button [power button] for 4 seconds. The indicator light will flash amber and white.
2. Place your AirPods into pairing mode (refer to your AirPods manual).
3. AirFly Pro will automatically detect and pair with your AirPods. The indicator light will turn solid white when successfully paired.

Pairing AirFly Pro with Wireless Headphones (Transmit Mode)

To pair your wireless headphones:

1. Turn on AirFly Pro by pressing and holding the power button [power button] for 4 seconds. The indicator light will flash amber and white.
2. Place your wireless headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode (refer to your headphone manual).
3. AirFly Pro will automatically detect and pair with your headphones. The indicator light will turn solid white when successfully paired.

Pairing with a Second Set of Wireless Headphones (TX)

To connect a second set of headphones:

1. Ensure AirFly Pro is already paired with your first set of headphones.
2. Double-press the power button [power button] on AirFly Pro to enter pairing mode (indicator light flashes amber and white).
3. Place your second set of wireless headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. AirFly Pro will pair with the second set of headphones. The indicator light will turn solid white when successfully paired.

Reconnecting Headphones to iPhone (TX)

Once paired, AirFly Pro remembers your headphones and reconnects automatically.

1. Ensure AirFly Pro is turned on and paired with your headphones.
2. On your iPhone, go to Bluetooth Settings and select your headphones to establish the connection.

Using AirFly Pro with an AUX-IN Port (Receive Mode)

To use AirFly Pro in receive mode:

1. Turn on AirFly Pro by pressing and holding the power button [power button] for 4 seconds.
2. Plug AirFly Pro into the AUX-IN port of your audio device (e.g., car stereo, speaker, airplane seat).
3. Place your phone or audio source device into Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. AirFly Pro will flash amber and white, indicating it is in pairing mode.
5. When AirFly Pro and your device are paired, the indicator light will turn solid white.
6. You can now play audio from your device through the connected AUX-IN device.

Connecting AirFly Pro to Headphone Jack (Transmit Mode)

To transmit audio from a device with a headphone jack:

1. Plug AirFly Pro into the headphone jack of your source device (e.g., laptop, gaming console).
2. AirFly Pro will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode (indicator light flashes amber and white).
3. Pair your wireless headphones with AirFly Pro as described in the "Pairing AirFly Pro with Wireless Headphones" section.

Tips & Tricks

• If only one AirPod plays audio, turn AirFly Pro off and on again.
• To reset AirFly Pro or clear pairings, press and hold the reset button [reset button] on the side for 10 seconds.

Charging AirFly Pro

Connect the included USB-C to USB-A cable to AirFly Pro and a USB power source to recharge.

The internal battery provides over 25 hours of use on a full charge.

Charging Indicator:

• Solid Red: Charging
• Solid White: Fully Charged

Turning AirFly Pro On & Off

To Turn On: Press and hold the power button [power button] for 4 seconds.

To Turn Off: Press and hold the power button [power button] for 4 seconds.

Status Light Guide

• Solid White: Paired and connected.
• Flashing Amber and White: Pairing mode.
• Solid Red: Charging.
• Solid White (while charging): Fully charged.
