Gozney Arc Stand Technical Manual
Model: DOC-0603(02)
Introduction
This manual details the process of building the Gozney Arc Stand and its correct installation. Please read and understand all cautions and warnings before proceeding.
Cautions & Warnings
Ensure you have fully read, understood, and comply with the cautions & warnings in the Arc Users Manual supplied with the oven.
- All four casters should always be locked unless you are moving the oven.
- Never attempt to move the oven when it is still warm; wait for it to fully cool first.
- When moving the oven on the stand, always push/pull from the stand and not the oven.
- Remove anything loose from the stand and its shelves before moving it.
- Placing hot items from the oven onto the wooden shelves may damage them; use appropriate protection to avoid damage.
- Exposing the wood to direct sunlight and rain for extended periods can cause the protective layers to break down. To prevent this:
- Store the unit out of sunlight when not in use.
- Dry the wood with a soft cloth after exposure to moisture.
- Apply an outdoor furniture oil treatment every 8 weeks.
Gas Oven Considerations
Always disconnect the oven from the gas supply before moving the oven.
The casters should always be locked when the oven is connected to a gas supply, even if the oven isn't in use.
Ensure you are using a Gozney supplied gas connector or one that complies with the Standard for movable gas appliances (ANSI Z21.69 / CSA 6.16), and a quick-disconnect device that complies with the relevant Standards (ANSI Z21.41 / CSA 6.9).
The gas connector and the quick disconnect device or its associated piping should never be used to limit the movement of the appliance.
Build Area Preparation
Build the stand in front of the area you intend to position the Arc oven.
- Ensure the ground is stable and level and capable of supporting the oven's weight.
- Do not place any of the parts on an abrasive surface and avoid damaging the paintwork of the metal parts.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Attach the base supports to the central hub using 8x F006 washers and 8x F002 bolts. Do not fully tighten the bolts yet to allow for easier alignment of future fixings. Fully tighten at Step 5.
Diagram Description: Shows the central hub with four base supports being attached using bolts and washers. A magnified view shows the connection detail.
Step 2: Leg Attachment
Attach the four legs to the assembled base structure using 16x F006 washers and 16x F002 bolts. Again, do not fully tighten.
Diagram Description: Illustrates the attachment of the four legs to the base. A magnified view shows the bolt and washer placement.
Step 3: Connecting Legs
Connect the upper sections of the legs using 4x F006 washers and 4x F002 bolts. Do not fully tighten.
Diagram Description: Shows the upper parts of the legs being connected. A magnified view details the connection points.
Step 4: Top Frame Attachment
Attach the top frame to the legs using 16x F006 washers and 16x F002 bolts. Do not fully tighten.
Diagram Description: Depicts the top frame being attached to the assembled leg structure. A magnified view shows the connection detail.
Step 5: Final Tightening
Tighten all fixings on the stand. Ensure to only use hand tools to prevent overtightening.
Diagram Description: Shows the fully assembled stand with arrows indicating all fixings should be tightened. A magnified view shows a hand using a tool to tighten a bolt.
Step 6: Shelf Attachment
Attach the side shelves using 4x F005 washers and 4x F003 bolts.
Diagram Description: Illustrates the attachment of the side shelves to the stand using bolts and washers.
Step 7: Shelf Adjustment
Adjust the side shelves to their final position.
Diagram Description: Shows the side shelves being adjusted into place with arrows indicating the movement.
Step 8: Installing Arc Oven Mounts
Assemble fixings F004 (Spacer) and F001 (Thumbscrew) into the top of the stand. Do not fully tighten these two fixings; leave approximately 1/8" (4mm) of thread exposed.
Diagram Description: Shows the spacer and thumbscrew being attached to the top of the stand. A magnified view highlights the 1/8" (4mm) thread exposure requirement.
Step 9: Placing the Arc Oven
Ensure fixings F004 and F001 are assembled into the stand before installing the oven. Remove anything loose from the oven before moving.
Two people should pick up the Arc oven from the rounded ends as shown. Never lift the Arc oven on your own. Do not use the mouth of the oven as a lifting point.
Align the Arc oven's feet with the highlighted slots on the stand. Ensure the feet are fully aligned before proceeding.
Diagram Description: Two people are shown lifting the Arc oven onto the stand. A magnified view shows the alignment of the oven's feet with the slots on the stand.
Step 10: LPG Bottle Setup
WARNING: It is important for the safe usage of Arc or Arc XL that the gas bottle is secured to the oven as specified.
Remove the existing eye bolt and chain (if any) and replace it with the provided eye bolt and chain from the box. Rotate the eye bolt until it can rotate no further to ensure it is securely installed.
Thread the chain through the handle of the gas bottle and clip it to either the eye bolt or the chain, depending on the size of the bottle used. The chain needs to be taut to prevent the bottle from moving when on the stand.
To prevent stress on the components, ensure that the length of the chain doesn't exceed 80% of the length of the hose assembly.
Diagram Description: Shows a gas bottle secured to the stand using the eye bolt and chain. A magnified view details how the chain is attached to the eye bolt and the gas bottle handle.
