Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for installation:

1. Step 1: Prepare the awning by extending it to its maximum length.
2. Step 2: Attach the enclosure to the awning rail.
3. Step 3: Secure the enclosure poles.
4. Step 4A: For F40van, attach the front panel and secure it.
5. Step 4B: For F43van, attach the front panel and secure it.
6. Step 5: Unpack and prepare the main enclosure fabric (A).
7. Step 6A: Connect the fabric to the awning for F40van.
8. Step 6B: Connect the fabric to the awning for F43van.
9. Step 7: Slide the fabric into the awning channel.
10. Step 8: Secure the sides of the enclosure.
11. Step 9A: Install the support poles (B) for F40van.
12. Step 9B: Install the support poles (C) for F43van.
13. Step 10: For F43van 270 ext. 225 (Item No. 08833A01R), ensure proper zipper closure on left and right sides.
14. Step 11A: Secure the enclosure using the provided accessories for F40van.
15. Step 11B: Secure the enclosure using the provided accessories for F43van.
16. Step 12: Secure the bottom of the enclosure using stakes (A) and straps (B).
17. Step 13: Tension the fabric using the provided ropes and stakes.
18. Step 14: Adjust the tension for a secure fit.
19. Step 15: Fold the enclosure for storage.
20. Step 16: Use the provided accessories (D, E, F, G) to secure the enclosure to the ground.
21. Step 17: Optional accessories may be used for enhanced stability (Item No. 06537-01-).
22. Step 18: Specific instructions for F40van and F43van regarding the removal or non-removal of certain parts during installation.
23. Step 19: Folding and packing the enclosure into the storage bag (H).

Usage and Maintenance

Rain: In case of rain, it is recommended to lower a pole to allow water to flow off.

Condensation: Condensation can form due to temperature differences. This can be reduced by using an airtight floor and ensuring good ventilation. Store the enclosure only when dry and clean. If it must be stored damp, open it within 12 hours to dry.

Cleaning:

• Most dirt is superficial and can be removed with clean water and a cloth or brush.
• For stubborn dirt, use a mild cleaning detergent (like Marseille soap) and rinse thoroughly.
• Avoid aggressive chemicals and high-pressure washers.
• For transparent PVC windows, use only clean water and a soft cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.

Zippers: Open and close zippers gently and slowly to avoid wear. Use a zipper spray for smooth operation.

Curtains: Wash at 30°C with a mild detergent.

Accessories: Tension accessories, hooks, eyelets, and windproof tabs are subject to wear. Their lifespan depends on usage.

In case of problems, contact your local dealer and provide the data from the nameplate.
