General Features

Natural Gas Models

Furnace designs are certified by Intertek for natural and L.P. gas. Limit setting and rating data were established and approved under standard rating conditions using American National Standards Institute standards.

Safe Operation

The Integrated System Control is a solid-state device that continuously monitors for flame presence during heating operation. A dual solenoid combination gas valve and regulator provide additional safety.

Quick Heating

Features a durable, cycle-tested, heavy gauge tubular aluminized steel heat exchanger for quick heat transfer to provide warm conditioned air. A low energy power vent blower increases efficiency and discharges gas fumes externally.

Burners

Multiport, Inshot burners are designed for quiet and efficient service. All models can be converted to L.P. gas using an LP conversion kit.

Integrated System Control

An exclusively designed operational program provides total control of furnace limit sensors, blowers, gas valve, and flame control, including self-diagnostics for ease of service.

Energy Efficient Operation

The Air-Tite™ cabinet design is certified to <1.4% air leakage per ASHRAE 193 “Method of Test for Determining the Airtightness of HVAC Equipment.”

Air Delivery

The 9-speed constant torque blower motor delivers sufficient airflow for most heating and cooling requirements, switching speeds based on room thermostat demand.

Styling

Constructed with heavy gauge steel and "wrap-around" cabinet design for strength. Each orientation offers at least two venting options. The cabinet has no knockouts.

Features and General Operation

The furnace utilizes a Silicon Nitride Hot Surface Ignition system, eliminating the need for a constant burning pilot. The integrated system control ignites the main burners upon a heat demand from the room thermostat. It offers complete front service access, a low energy power venter, and vent proving pressure switches.
