Bosch Dishwasher Installation Instructions

Required Tools and Parts
Ensure you have the following tools and parts before beginning the installation:
- Screws: Ø4x28, Ø4x30, Ø4x15
- Wall plugs
- Mounting brackets
- Power cord
- Tools: Screwdrivers (Torx T15, Torx T20), hammer, measuring tape, jigsaw, drill with 2mm drill bit, wrenches (SW10, SW13), wire cutters.
Preparation and Measurements
Before installation, verify the dimensions and connections required:
- Water connection: Ø 38 mm, max. 1.1 m hose length, min. 280 mm distance from wall.
- Water inlet connection: 20.9 mm (G 3/4"), 0.05 - 1 MPa (0.5 - 10 bar) pressure, max. 60°C water temperature.
- Electrical connection: Ensure a properly grounded power outlet is available.
- Cabinet dimensions: The appliance requires a space of 550 mm width, 865-925 mm height, and 600 mm depth.
Installation Steps
Follow these steps for installing the dishwasher: Carefully unpack the dishwasher and all accessories. Check for any damage. Lay out all parts as shown in the diagrams. Attach the mounting brackets to the appliance using the provided screws (9x Torx T15). Ensure they are securely fastened. Slide the dishwasher into the designated cabinet space. Ensure it is level and stable. The required clearance for the cabinet is 600-608mm or 608-620mm depending on the model. Use a measuring tape to confirm dimensions. Secure the dishwasher to the cabinet using the provided screws and brackets. Ensure the appliance is flush with the cabinet front. Use wrenches SW10 and SW13 as needed. Check that the appliance is level and does not move. Connect the water inlet hose to the water supply and the drain hose to the drain pipe. Ensure all connections are watertight. Connect the power cord to the appliance and plug it into the grounded outlet. The power cord length is 5 meters (ET-Nr. 12022522). Connect the water inlet hose (Ø 38 mm) to the water supply. Ensure a minimum diameter of 18 mm for the drain hose connection. Perform a leak check after all water connections are made. Ensure the water flow rate is at least 10 liters per minute. Do not exceed 10 Nm torque when tightening connections. Perform a final check of all connections and ensure the dishwasher is securely installed.
