Diagrams and Functionality
The controller features a clear display for measured and set values, along with indicator lights for heating and alarm status. The buttons allow for intuitive control of heating, pump operation, and parameter adjustments. The device supports both manual and automatic operation modes, with dedicated buttons for adjusting setpoints and navigating menus.
A typical operational flow involves setting the desired temperature using the UP/DOWN and SET buttons. The controller then uses a PID algorithm to manage the heating output to maintain the set temperature. The pump can be independently controlled for specific applications, such as circulation during a brewing process.
The controller's output is designed to handle significant loads, with relay outputs rated for AC 250V 8A (resistance load) and a heat output of 15A for 120V AC or 12A for 220V AC. The use of an optical isolated SSR for the pump output ensures safe and reliable switching.
