Firmware Version Records

When upgrading, you need to make sure that your computer has an Internet connection to ensure that our software will provide you with the latest version of the upgrade firmware.

Our upgrade software will automatically provide you with the latest firmware version to ensure that the upgraded firmware is up to date.

Upgrade Steps - Windows

• Download the upgrade file and unzip the file.
• Connect the headset to the laptop via USB-A to Type-C cable.
• Select the folder with the corresponding system version name, select the [win] folder, and open the SolidcomSE_Headset_Upgrade application.

The software will recognize the headset automatically. Click the [Update] button, then confirm with [Yes] for the upgrade. Please do not unplug the USB cable during the upgrade.

The upgrade process involves the following visual stages on the Solidcom SE software:

• An initial screen displays "New firmware available" with version V2.0.6.00, showing the current version as V2.0.5.00, and an [Update] button.
• A confirmation dialog appears asking "Do you want to update?", with [Cancel] and [Yes] options.
• A progress indicator shows "New version:V2.0.6.00" with a progress bar.
• Upon successful completion, a "Update successful" screen is shown with a [Completed] button.
• The final screen confirms "Headset is up to date" with the current version displayed as V2.0.6.00.

After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-pressing the "Volume + " button on both headsets.

Upgrade Steps - Mac

• Download the upgrade file and unzip the file.
• Connect the headset to the laptop via USB-A to Type-C cable.
• Select the folder with the corresponding system version name, select the [mac] folder, and open the SolidcomSE_Headset_Upgrade application.

The software will recognize the headset automatically. Click the [Update] button, then confirm with [Yes] for the upgrade. Please do not unplug the USB cable during the upgrade.

You will see a Mac Finder window. Navigate to the appropriate system folder (e.g., mac) and locate the SolidcomSE_Headset_Upgrade application file.

After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-pressing the "Volume + " button on both headsets.
