Safety Precautions Table Top Panel Operation Manual To ensure the best performance from the product, please read all instructions carefully before using the device. Save this manual for future reference. Follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and injury. Do not dismantle the housing or modify the module. It may result in electrical shock or burns. Do not open or remove the housing of the device as you may be exposed to dangerous voltage or other hazards. To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain, moisture and do not install this product near water. Keep the product away from liquids. Spillage into the housing may result in fire, electrical shock, or equipment damage. If an object or liquid falls or spills on the housing, unplug the module immediately. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit. Always unplug the power to the device before cleaning. Using supplies or parts not meeting the product specifications may cause damage, deterioration or malfunction. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Install the device in a place with adequate ventilation to avoid damage caused by overheating. Unplug the power when left unused for a long period of time. Information on disposal of devices: do not burn or mix with general household waste, please treat them as normal electrical waste. Introduction Table Top Panel Operation Manual The Table Top Panel (Model: 500610) is designed as a head-end cable management solution, allowing any combination of up to eight (8) MuxLab single modules to be installed (Modules sold separately). Head-end AV equipment such as laptops, multimedia players, USB devices and power distribution may be installed on the conference room table and connected to the structured cabling system via a vast array of cables. The Table Top Panel may be installed on a wide variety of tables using a versatile attachment system. Modules can take up one module space (P/N 500612, 500614, 500615, 500618) or two spaces (P/N: 500613, 500616, 500617). Power modules are provided with a pig tail of 12" (30cm) with a female C14 connector. The Table Top Panel includes four (4) Blank Plate Modules. MuxLab © 2022 4 94-000982-A/SE-000982-A 3. Maintenance Table Top Panel Maintenance Table Top Panel Operation Manual If Table Top Panel will not be used for a prolonged period, please disconnect the power. Use a soft cloth or cotton paper to remove dust from the Table Top Panel housing. When cleaning the Table Top Panel, please use a dry soft cloth made for this purpose. If the amount of dirt is more serious, then use a neutral cleaner as well.
