Introduction
The main production plant products include West kitchen equipment, supporting its product line: overtaking furnace series, fried furnace series, barbecue pits of the series, American-style fast food equipment, and food products. This Chimney Cake Machine is designed with fashionable and rational structure, convenient operation, fast warming, uniform temperature, and energy-saving features. It is suitable for shopping malls, supermarkets, cold drinks shops, and snack bars.
Warning:
- Before use, ensure the product is safety grounded.
- Cleaning should not be done with a water pipe.

B. Transportation and Custody
During transport, this product should be handled with care to prevent violent vibration. Packaged products are generally not stored for long periods. It should be stored in a well-ventilated area, free from corrosive gases, and not inverted. Temporary storage requires measures to protect against damage.
C. Installation and Use Environment Attention
- This product should be placed on a smooth surface, with at least 10cm clearance on the left side and above, and at least 20cm clearance from flammable materials.
- This equipment must be used with a power supply voltage matching the product's nameplate.
- Users need to install suitable equipment near the power switch, fuse, and leakage protection. Do not stack debris before the switch for convenient operation.
- The use of this equipment requires proper grounding.
- Before powering on, check that the product's electrical components are firmly connected and that the safety grounding is reliable.
- Replacement power lines should use the same type of cable and be replaced by professionals.
- For electrical installation and maintenance, consult a certified electrician.
D. Methods of Operation
- Turn on the ON/OFF switch located on the control panel.
- Set the temperature using the thermostat.
- Preheat the oven to the setting temperature (approximately 10-15 minutes).
- Place the cake pastry on the rolling pins. (Use protective gloves when operating the oven as it gets very hot.)
- Open the door and place the rolling pins in the designated position.
- Close the door and turn on the rotation mechanism using the specific switches on the control panel.
- When the cake pastry is cooked to your liking, open the doors and remove the rolling pins. Then, remove the cake from the pins.
- Turn off the appliance when not in use.
- Clean the appliance after using it every time (refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" chapter).
- If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, always switch it off and disconnect the power supply.
E. Cleaning and Maintenance
- For cleaning and maintenance, disconnect the power supply to prevent accidents.
- After a day's work, use non-corrosive cleaning agent wet towels to clean the furnace's power lead-out device surface and the main surface. Do not rinse directly with water, as this can damage electrical performance.
- During the cleaning process, promptly clear all template water to prevent spills.
