GRIMSBU Bed Frame Assembly Instructions

Parts List

Ensure you have all the following parts before beginning assembly:

• 36x Screws (Part #100092)
• 36x Screws (Part #190473)
• 8x Screws (Part #105163)
• 8x Screws (Part #191315)
• 4x Corner Brackets (Part #190471)
• 2x Corner Brackets (Part #190471)
• 1x Allen Key
• Bed frame side rails
• Bed frame end rails
• Bed frame support legs
• Center support beam

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Assemble the Frame Base

   Lay out the side rails and end rails. Attach the corner brackets (4x Part #190471) to the corners of the frame using the provided screws. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram. Use the Allen key for tightening.

2. Step 2: Attach Support Legs

   Identify the correct orientation for the support legs. Attach two support legs to the designated points on the side rails using screws (2x Part #190471 and 2x Part #190473). Repeat for the other side.

3. Step 3: Attach Remaining Support Legs

   Attach the remaining support legs to the frame. Ensure all legs are securely fastened.

4. Step 4: Install Center Support

   Attach the center support beam to the frame. This beam provides additional stability. Use the appropriate screws and brackets as indicated.

5. Step 5: Secure Slats

   Place the bed slats onto the frame. Secure the slats using the provided screws (1x Part #190473). Ensure even spacing and proper alignment.

6. Step 6: Final Tightening

   Go back and ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check the stability of the entire frame.

7. Step 7: Add Headboard/Footboard (if applicable)

   If your model includes a headboard or footboard, follow the specific instructions for attaching these components using the remaining hardware.

8. Step 8: Place Mattress

   Carefully place your mattress onto the assembled bed frame.

Important Notes:

• Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratching.
• Two people may be required for certain steps.
• Do not overtighten screws.
• Refer to the diagrams for precise placement of parts and hardware.
