Display BM01
The Super B BM01 is a display unit for monitoring battery status. It features indicators for 'State of Charge', 'Voltage', and 'Sel/Prog' (Select/Program) functions. The model number is SB-BM01.
Section A: Connection to Epsilon 12V90Ah
This section details the connection of the BM01 display to an Epsilon 12V90Ah battery.
Step 1: A mounting bracket is attached to the battery's positive and negative terminals. The diagram shows a green [upward arrow] indicating the bracket is placed onto the battery terminals. The display unit connects to this bracket.
Display Unit Wiring
The display unit has four connection terminals on its rear:
- Out
- Bat 1
- Bat 2
- Min
Wires are connected to these terminals. The display unit's connector plugs into a battery's terminal block.
Section B: Connection to Epsilon 12V100Ah/12V150Ah
This section describes connecting the BM01 display to Super B Epsilon 12V100Ah and 12V150Ah batteries.
Step 1: The battery terminal cover is opened.
Step 2: Wires from the display unit are connected. The diagram shows the following wire labels and their corresponding connections:
- ACCESSORY_POWER (Red wire)
- ANSOC (Blue wire)
- GND FUSED (Black wire)
These wires connect to specific points within the battery's terminal block, labeled:
- ACC
- LIN
- SOC
- GND
- HEAT
Step 3: The terminal cover is secured using screws (labeled E, F), and the display unit's cable is routed.
Section C: Connection to Nomia Series
This section outlines the connection of the BM01 display to Super B Nomia Series batteries.
The diagram shows the battery, the display unit, and a "Bi-stable Relay". The display unit's wiring is connected via the relay to the battery's positive and negative terminals. The diagram indicates specific connection points and wire routing, including a label "2x" suggesting two wires for a particular connection.
