FOXEER Toothless Series FPV Camera System

Camera Connections

Camera-Video Transmitter Connection

To connect the camera directly to the video transmitter, plug the 3-pin wiring harness from the video transmitter into the camera. Alternatively, you can power the camera via other devices like a PDB, FC, or battery pack.

Camera-OSD Switch Connection

CAUTION: If you are using ESCs with active braking, we recommend powering the camera system through a BEC or voltage regulator.

MENU: Push the MENU button (center button) to access the main menu.

UP/DOWN: Use these buttons to move up and down through the menu options.

Left/Right: Use these buttons to modify the selected menu parameters.

Main Menu Items:

  • AE (Auto Exposure)
  • WB (White Balance)
  • DAY NIGHT
  • IMAGE ENHANCE
  • VIDEO SETTING
  • SPECIAL SETTING
  • LANGUAGE
  • RESET
  • SAVE EXIT

WB (White Balance)

It is recommended not to change the White Balance settings.

MODE: ATW / MWB.

If MWB (Manual White Balance) is selected:

  • RGAIN: Range 0~32
  • BGAIN: Range 0~32

Menu Display Example:

DAY NIGHT Mode

MODE: EXT (external) / AUTO / COLOR / BW (black and white).

IMAGE ENHANCE

  • CONTRAST: AUTO/MANUAL (Range: 0~40)
  • SHARPNESS: AUTO/MANUAL (Range: 0~16)
  • COLOR GAIN: AUTO/MANUAL (Range: 0~30)
  • 3DNR: AUTO/MANUAL (Range: 0~30)

Menu Display Example:

IMAGE ENHANCE

  • CONTRAST: [left-arrow] AUTO [right-arrow]
  • SHARPNESS: [left-arrow] AUTO [right-arrow]
  • COLOR GAIN: [left-arrow] AUTO [right-arrow]
  • 3DNR: [left-arrow] AUTO [right-arrow]
  • RETURN

AE (Auto Exposure)

1. BRIGHTNESS: Range 0~30.

2. EXPOSURE MODE:

  • GLOBE (Global)
  • FLC (Front light control): Range 1~8
  • BLC (Back light control): Range 1~8

3. ADVANCED: SHUTTER CTRL / GAIN CTRL.

  • SHUTTER CTRL:
  • AUTO
  • MANUAL: PAL (1/25~1/10000) / NTSC (1/30~1/10000)
  • GAIN CTRL:
  • AUTO
  • MANUAL: ANALOG GAIN (1~16) / DIGITAL GAIN (1~15)

  • VOLTAGE: OPEN/CLOSE
  • TIMER: OPEN/CLOSE
