The empower Waterproof Vibrating Massage Ball is a personal massager designed for muscle relief and recovery. It features IP65 water resistance and multiple vibration settings.

Instructions

To operate the Vibrating Massage Ball:

• Press the power button to turn on the unit; the LED charging indicator lights up.
• Press the power button again to activate Low Speed setting 1 (1st speed indicator LED lights up).
• Press again for Medium Speed setting 2 (2nd speed indicator LED lights up).
• Press again for High Speed setting 3 (3rd speed indicator LED lights up).
• Press again for Variable Speed setting 4 (cycles through all 3 settings).
• Press again to enter Standby Mode.

Charging Your Massager

To charge the massager:

• Connect the included charging cable to the unit and the other end to a USB power source (3.7V-5.0V, e.g., cellphone charger, power bank, laptop).
• During charging, the red and blue LED lights will flash.
• The unit cannot be used while charging.
• Charging takes 2-4 hours, depending on the remaining power.
• When fully charged, the blue LED will remain steady.

Maintenance

• The unit automatically powers off after 15 minutes of continuous vibration to prevent overheating.
• Do not use the unit in the third speed vibration mode for more than 60 minutes continuously; allow it to cool down.
• Avoid dropping, slamming, or throwing the product.
• The product has an IP65 waterproof standard, providing protection against low-pressure water jets and spray from any direction. Do not submerge in water.
• Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or replace any part of the massager.
• Keep the unit clean and dry. Use the provided storage bag when not in use.
• Dispose of packaging, batteries, and electronic products according to local environmental laws.

What is covered: Any defect in materials and workmanship.

For how long: 1 year from date of purchase.

What we will do: If your product is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase, it will be replaced at no charge. If returned after 30 days but within 1 year, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Repairs may use new or reconditioned parts; replacements may be new or reconditioned of similar design. Warranty for repair/replacement is 1 year.

Limitations: Implied warranties (fitness for purpose, merchantability) are limited to 1 year. The company is not liable for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, property damage, or incidental/consequential damages, including personal injury. Some states may not allow these limitations.

What we ask you to do: Provide proof of purchase. Return within 30 days to the place of purchase for immediate replacement. After 30 days but within 1 year, contact shopempower.com for a return authorization. Retain original packaging. Include name, address, phone number, proof of purchase, and problem description. Products will be shipped within four weeks.

What this warranty does not cover: Defects from accidents, unauthorized repair, failure to follow directions, misuse, fire, floods, and acts of God. For non-covered issues, contact shopempower.com for repair information and charges. The company may replace rather than repair.
