Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides
Attach the drawer slides (labeled IKEA CL and IKEA CR) to the inner sides of the main dresser frame. Use 9 screws (part 146114) for each side panel. Ensure the slides are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram.
Step 2: Assemble Side Panels
Connect the side panels to the base structure. Insert cam bolts (118331) into the side panels and secure them with cam locks (119250) in the base. This step involves 9 cam bolts and 9 cam locks.
Step 3: Attach Internal Supports
Insert 6x wooden dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the internal vertical supports. Then, attach these supports to the frame using cam lock connectors (192800).
Step 4: Secure Internal Structure
Attach the internal horizontal supports. Use 13x cam bolts (118331) to secure these supports to the side panels.
Step 5: Attach Top Panel Support
Insert 1x cam bolt (131359) into the designated hole on the back edge of the top panel. Attach the wooden dowel (101345) to the corresponding hole.
Step 6: Attach Back Support
Attach the back support piece to the main frame. Use 3x cam bolts (118331) and secure them from the outside.
Step 7: Connect Side Panels to Top/Bottom
Connect the side panels to the top and bottom sections. Insert 2x cam bolts (131359) into the side panels and secure them with cam locks.
Step 8: Insert Horizontal Supports
Insert 6x wooden dowels (101345) into the holes on the horizontal support pieces. Slide these supports into the frame, aligning them with the corresponding holes.
Step 9: Secure Cam Locks
Secure the structure by inserting and rotating 3x cam lock connectors (192800) into their respective housings. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 10: Insert Dowels
Insert 2x wooden dowels (101345) into the designated holes on the frame.
Step 11: Secure Cam Locks
Secure the structure by inserting and rotating 2x cam lock connectors (119250) and 2x cam lock connectors (192800) into their respective housings. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 12: Insert Horizontal Supports
Insert 6x wooden dowels (101345) into the holes on the horizontal support pieces. Slide these supports into the frame, aligning them with the corresponding holes.
Step 13: Secure Cam Locks
Secure the structure by inserting and rotating 3x cam lock connectors (192800) into their respective housings. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 14: Attach Front Support
Insert 2x wooden dowels (101345) into the front support piece. Slide this piece into the frame, aligning it with the corresponding holes.
Step 15: Secure Cam Locks
Secure the structure by inserting and rotating 2x cam lock connectors (119250) into their respective housings. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 16: Attach Back Panel Supports
Attach the back panel supports. Use 3x cam lock connectors (192800) to secure them. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 17: Attach Back Panel
Attach the back panel to the dresser frame. Use 6x screws (151708 or 151707) to secure it. Ensure the panel is aligned correctly.
Step 18: Secure Bottom Panel
Attach the bottom panel to the dresser frame. Use 5x bolts (194970) to secure it.
Step 19: Flip Dresser
With assistance, carefully flip the dresser onto its front. [?⬆️⬇️]
Step 20: Attach Top Support
Attach the top support piece to the dresser. Use 6x cam bolts (118331) to secure it.
Step 21: Insert Drawer Guides
Insert the drawer guides into the dresser frame. Use 6x wooden dowels (101345) to help position them.
Step 22: Secure Drawer Guides
Secure the drawer guides by inserting and rotating 6x cam lock connectors (192800) into their housings. Ensure the arrow on the connector points towards the cam bolt head before tightening.
Step 23: Attach Brackets
Attach the mounting brackets to the dresser frame. Use 4x screws (102553) for the brackets (parts 144575 and 144574).
Step 24: Insert Support Rail
Slide the front support rail into place. Use 4x wooden dowels (101345) to help position it.
Step 25: Attach Brackets
Attach the mounting brackets to the dresser frame. Use 4x screws (102553) for the brackets (parts 144575 and 144574).
Step 26: Attach Back Panel Clips
Attach the clips for the back panel. Use 4x clips (parts 10093081 and 10093082).
Step 27: Attach Back Panel Screws
Secure the back panel with 2x screws (109049).
Step 28: Attach Drawer Runner Clips
Attach the drawer runner clips to the dresser frame. Use 4x clips (parts 10093081 and 10093082).
Step 29: Level Dresser
Use a level to ensure the dresser is straight. Adjust the feet if necessary. [?⬆️⬇️]
Important: Ensure the dresser is moved correctly. Do not drag it. Lift it from the sides. [➡️❌ ⬆️⬇️✅]
Step 30: Install Anti-Tip Device (Part 1)
Attach the anti-tip bracket (10102070) to the back of the dresser using 2x screws (109572). Follow the detailed diagrams for correct placement and orientation.
Step 31: Final Placement
Position the dresser in its final location against the wall. [?]
Step 32: Wall Mounting Instructions
Important: The anti-tip device MUST be secured to the wall to prevent tip-over accidents.
The supplied screws and plugs can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs.
- For Solid/Hollow Walls (A/B):
- Drill a hole of Ø 5/16" (8 mm) at the marked height.
- Insert the wall plug (anchor) into the hole.
- Screw the bracket into the wall plug using the supplied screw.
- For Solid Wood Walls (C):
- Drill a pilot hole of Ø 1/8" (3 mm).
- Screw the bracket directly into the wood using the supplied screw.

Step 33: Connect Dresser to Wall Bracket
Align the bracket on the dresser with the bracket on the wall and secure them together. The diagram shows how the two brackets interlock and are secured.
Step 34: Secure Dresser to Wall
Use the provided screws (109572) to firmly attach the dresser's anti-tip bracket (10102070) to the wall bracket. Ensure a secure connection.
Step 35: Assemble Drawer Box
Assemble the drawer boxes. Insert cam bolts (118331) into the drawer sides and secure with cam locks (119250) in the drawer base. This step is repeated for multiple drawers.
Step 36: Attach Drawer Sides
Attach the drawer sides to the drawer base. Use 4x wooden dowels (101345) for each drawer.
Step 37: Assemble Drawer Sides
Assemble the drawer sides. Insert cam bolts (118331) into the drawer sides and secure with cam locks (119250) in the drawer base. This step is repeated for multiple drawers.
Step 38: Secure Drawer Cam Locks
Secure the drawer boxes by inserting and rotating 4x cam lock connectors (131361) into their housings.
Step 39: Attach Drawer Back Panel
Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides.
Step 40: Attach Drawer Handle
Attach the drawer handle (10040242) to the drawer front using the handle screw (106603).
Step 41: Insert Drawer Front
Slide the drawer front onto the assembled drawer box, aligning the grooves and holes.
Step 42: Secure Drawer Box
Secure the drawer box by inserting 4x screws (145718) through the sides into the drawer front.
Step 43: Secure Drawer Box
Secure the drawer box by inserting and rotating 4x cam lock connectors (131361) into their housings.
Step 44: Attach Drawer Slides
Attach the drawer slides to the assembled drawer boxes. Use 6x screws (146114) for each drawer.
Step 45: Attach Drawer Handle
Attach the drawer handle to the drawer front using the handle screw (106603) and associated parts (10095978, 10096248, 10118153).
Step 46: Insert Drawers
Carefully insert the assembled drawers into the dresser frame, ensuring they slide smoothly on the runners. [➡️?]
