Product Overview
The DMC-100 is FNIRSI's latest 10,000-count smart digital clamp meter, featuring a wider measurement range and higher resolution for more accurate readings. It can measure AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, continuity, capacitance, frequency, resistance, diode, temperature, NCV, and live wire detection. It is suitable for various fields such as engineering, laboratories, automotive, and home appliance electronics maintenance. It is equipped with a 2.0-inch full-color TFT display with a resolution of 240*320, featuring a newly designed UI interface and data curves. Additionally, it includes functions like data saving and power measurement mode, enriching the user experience and making readings and operations more convenient in various scenarios.

Panel Introduction
5.1 Homepage
The homepage displays measurement mode, measurement value, unit, minimum value, and maximum value. The HOLD and V-A buttons can be used to switch measurement modes (e.g., DC current, DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency, live wire detection). The OK button (SAVE MENU) can be used to switch between other measurement items within the selected mode. For example, switching between DC current and AC current.
Data Hold: Long press the HOLD button to freeze the current reading. The display will show "HOLD" when data is held.
Flashlight: Long press the flashlight button to turn the flashlight on or off. The display shows a flashlight icon when on.
Data Clear: In DC current mode, short press the Z button to clear data.
Battery Level: The battery level is indicated on the display. If the battery is low, a notification will appear, and the device may automatically shut down after a countdown.
5.2 Waveform Display Panel
Long press the MODE button to switch to the waveform display mode. This mode shows the change in measurement data as a waveform. The display includes measurement value, unit, measurement mode, waveform display, data saving function (short press SAVE MENU to save data, up to 8 sets), minimum value, and maximum value.
5.3 Power Measurement Panel
Long press the V-A button to enter power measurement mode. In this mode, the device automatically recognizes AC and DC current. It displays the current value, calculated power, and voltage value.
5.4 Settings Panel
Long press the SAVE MENU button to enter the settings mode. Options include:
- Measurement History: View saved measurement data (up to 30 sets).
- System Settings: Set language (Chinese/English), brightness (10 levels), temperature unit (°C/℉), and auto shutdown time (OFF/5min/15min/30min).
- Reset: Reset to factory default settings.
- About: View manufacturer and version information.
Firmware Update
To update the firmware, turn off the power. While holding the HOLD and SAVE MENU buttons, press and hold the Power button to turn on the device. The "Firmware Upgrade" message will appear. Connect the device to a computer using a data cable. The computer will detect a "BOOT" disk. Copy the firmware to the disk and press the SAVE MENU button to perform the update. To change the startup screen, copy the desired image to the disk and press the MENU button.
Precautions
- Before use, check the product and test leads for cracks or exposed metal parts. Do not use if damaged.
- When measuring, ensure your fingers do not go beyond the safety barrier or finger guard.
- When measuring circuits, do not touch all input terminals simultaneously.
- When changing ranges, always remove the test leads or clamp from the object being measured.
- If the DC voltage exceeds 36V or AC voltage exceeds 25V, there is a risk of electric shock. Take appropriate precautions.
- To prevent product damage, do not exceed the maximum value for each range. Select the correct range for measurement. If the measurement exceeds the range, "OL" will be displayed.
- If the battery level is low, a notification will appear. Charge the device promptly to ensure accurate measurements. Do not use while charging.
