How to Install

Follow these steps to install the lighting system:

1. Step 1: Attach the appropriate mount (handlebar or aero bar) to your bicycle.
2. Step 2: Secure the MJ-906S main light unit onto the mounted bracket.
3. Step 3: Connect the battery pack cable to the main light unit.
4. Step 4: Route and secure the cables neatly along the bicycle frame.
5. Step 5: Attach the battery pack to the bicycle frame or other suitable location using the provided straps.
6. Step 6: Ensure all connections are firm and secure before use.

How to Install Battery Pack

Battery Indicator

The battery indicator lights show the remaining power:

• FLASH RED: 0%-10% remaining.
• RED: 11%-30% remaining.

How to Recharge

To recharge the battery pack:

• Connect the USB-C cable to the battery pack's USB-C port and to a suitable power source (e.g., USB charger, power bank).
• Standard charging time: Approximately 9.5 hours (when using a 5V 2A charger).
• The indicator will show 'Charging' while the battery is replenishing and 'Fully charged' when complete.

Switching the Lighting Mode

To turn the light on or off: Hold the power button for 1 second.

Modes Switch:

• From Bicycle Light Mode to E-bike Light Mode: Long press the power button for 8 seconds until the indicator flashes.
• From E-bike Light Mode to Bicycle Light Mode: Long press the power button for 8 seconds until the indicator lights constantly.

E-bike Mode Operation:

• Click: Cycle through modes (e.g., NIGHT, DAY).
• Double clicks: Activate DRL (Daytime Running Light).
• Hold 1 second: Turn off the light.

Warranty

The Magicshine lighting system is warrantied for 24 months from the date of purchase. Registering the lighting system on the Magicshine website grants a bonus 6-month warranty.

Battery packs and AC adapters have a 6-month warranty; no bonus warranty is available for these components.

The warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship on the lighting system itself, the battery pack, and the AC adapter. It is valid only if affected parts have not been tampered with and show no intentional damage.

Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. Proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
