How to Pair HIFI WALKER H2 with Bluetooth device ?

Enter the Bluetooth setting interface, choose "Bluetooth" and press the play/pause button (II) to turn on/off the Bluetooth function. When Bluetooth is enabled, the player will start scanning automatically. Alternatively, you can choose "Bluetooth scanning" manually. After scanning, the searched device will be listed under "available device". To ensure lossless sound quality transmission, turn on "high quality".

If you have paired, yet still can't connect: Please scroll the wheel or press the skip forward/backward buttons (▶️ / ◀️) to choose from paired devices. Press the play/pause button (II) to connect/disconnect. Press the "M" button and choose "Yes" to delete the paired device and reconnect it.

  1. Can't power on the H2?

    Long press the power button for about 3 seconds. Check if your operation is right.   2. Player freezes?

    Press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds to reset the device. The status light will be off, and all settings will return to factory defaults.

  3. Can't hear anything when playing music?

    Check if the volume setting is too low. Check whether the headset has been plugged in or whether the headset is damaged. Ensure that you plug the headphone into the headphone port, not the line-out port. Check whether your music format is supported or whether it is damaged.

  4. Can't transfer music files from computer?

    Check if the player has connected to the computer. Check if the player is in USB mode. Navigate to Player settings > System settings > USB mode, and choose the appropriate option. Check whether the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and that the card is not damaged. Check if the Micro SD card has enough storage space.

  5. Should the music files be loaded using a folder structure, e.g., Artist or Album, or put all the files flat at the root folder?

    Either way works. However, organizing files into folders makes navigation easier.

  6. How can I quickly find the exact song I need?

    Navigate to Player > Category > Songs. Here, you can press the "M" button to quickly search for the exact song in alphabetical order.

  7. Can I load and play audible books?

    Yes, if the books are on your PC/laptop and in a compatible file format, they can be loaded and played.

  8. My H2 Player won't work with my present iTunes...is it compatible?

  9. How can the battery be replaced?

    The unit is sealed, making battery replacement not possible.

  10. When would you adjust the gain setting rather than volume?

    You can set the Gain to High and use the volume to control the audio output from zero to max. The High setting provides a higher output when needed. The Gain setting is useful for adjusting to different headphones used with this player. Headphone impedance can range from 8 ohms to 64 ohms.   12. Does the H2 Player support WPL or other playlist files? Can you create playlists on a PC and load them into the SD card?

    The H2 Player supports *.m3u and *.m3u8 playlist files. You can use a player software like Foobar (foobar2000.org) to create these playlist files. Only *.m3u/*.m3u8 files need to be at the root folder of the SD card. The folder containing your target music does not have to be at the root folder.

  13. When would you adjust the gain setting rather than volume?
