Tuya Temporary Password

Trigger Condition: When a Tuya APP generated temporary password is used, a command will be issued. Press 9# on the lock for the Temporary Password Command. The temporary password can then be used normally.

Note: When installing the semi-automatic lock, adjust the clutch and direction of the handle according to the direction of door opening.

Semiautomatic Operation Instructions

1. Initialization

Press the set button (rear panel button) for 5 seconds. A voice prompt will indicate: "Initialization successfully." The initialization password is 123456, or any fingerprint can unlock the lock.

Factory Reset: Long press the back lock setting key. After a 5-second countdown, release the key to restore factory settings successfully.

Administrator Information Management

2. Add Administrator Information (Up to three users)

In the initialization state, wake up the screen by pressing *#. A voice prompt will say: "Please add administrator information" (administrator can be fingerprint, password, or IC card). When added successfully, a voice prompt will say: "Add administrator successfully" (can continuously add up to 9 times).

3. Add General User Information

Click the touch panel, press *, then press #. A voice prompt will say: "Please verification administrator information." After successful verification, a voice prompt will list options: 1. Add users, 2. Delete the user, 3. Door lock function, 4. Add an administrator user. Input 1 to enter the add users mode. A voice prompt will say: "Please enter the unlock information" (system will add automatically in sequence).

Note: The first 9 unlock information entries are considered administrator users. All unlock information is limited to 300 entries.

4. Delete Unlock Information

Click the touch panel, press *, then press #. A voice prompt will say: "Please verification administrator information." After successful verification, a voice prompt will list options: 1. Add users, 2. Delete the user, 3. Door lock function, 4. Add an administrator user. Input 2 to enter delete users mode. A voice prompt will say: "Please enter the delete code."

5. Normally Unlock Mode

Click the touch panel, press *, then press #. A voice prompt will say: "Please verification administrator information." After successful verification, a voice prompt will list options: 1. Add users, 2. Delete the user, 3. Door lock function, 4. Add an administrator user. Input 3, and a voice prompt will indicate "normally open mode turned on" or "normally open mode turned off."

Note: When normally open mode is enabled, every unlocking action will keep the door unlocked and it will not automatically close. Manual unlocking is required.

Installation Diagram of Fully Automatic Lock

Installation Step Instructions:

1. First, install the lock body using M5 * 6 screws (4).
2. Install the lock core and fix it with the lock screw. Ensure the copper bar of the lock shaft faces the interior, with a length of 18-20mm (as shown in Figure 2). Cut the copper strip after installing the lock core.
3. Mount the front panel.
4. Install the base plate (with adhesive cushion) and fix the two studs of the front panel with M5 screws.
5. Connect the front and back panel data cable, then install the back panel in the appropriate hole position, securing it with an M4 screw (Wire 4).
6. Install the lithium battery, cover the battery cover, and complete the installation.

Fully Automatic Lock Operating Instructions

1. Initialization

Press the set button (rear panel button) for 5 seconds. A voice prompt will indicate: "Initialization successfully." The initialization password is 123456, or any fingerprint can unlock the lock.

2. Enter System to Resume Initialization Operation (Optional)

Click the touch panel, press *, then press #. A voice prompt will say: "Please verification administrator information." After successful verification, a voice prompt will guide you: Select 1 to enter the door lock function, press 3 to enter door lock settings, press 4 to enter more settings, and press 3 again to restore factory settings.

Factory Reset: Remove the battery cover. Press the rear lock setting key for 5 seconds to end the countdown. Release the setting key to restore factory settings successfully.

3. Door Lock Installation Function Debugging (Optional)

1. Enter the maintenance menu by pressing 888# in the initial state.
2. Press *# to enter the administrator system interface and select installation settings.

Press 3 to enter the installation settings:

• 1. Local setting
• 2. App Setting
• 3. Install

Installation settings include:

• 1. Motor
• 2. Rotation time
• 3. Set close time
• 4. Autolock

Administrator and User Management (Fully Automatic)

Click the touch panel, press *, then press #. A voice prompt will say: "Please verification administrator information." Press 2 for Door lock function settings. Input 2 to enter delete users mode. A voice prompt will say: "Please enter the delete code."

Other Descriptions

• Keyboard Lock: If the wrong password is entered more than 5 times continuously within five minutes, the keyboard will be locked for 90 seconds, and the system will not respond to any operation. This can be reset by the back panel administrator.
• Password Anti-Peep Function: When opening the door, enter the password in the format: XXX Password. You can add irrelevant codes before and after the password, then press # to confirm. The password must be included in the entry.
• Low Voltage Warning: If the operating action exceeds 12 seconds without response, the system will automatically exit. When the voltage is lower than 6.9V, an alarm will sound each time the lock is unlocked. After the alarm, the lock can be unlocked 200 more times. If this limit is reached, unlocking will be forbidden. Replace the battery before reaching this limit.

Doodle APP Download, Installation, and Door Lock Network Configuration (2.4G)

1. Fully Automatic Lock Network Configuration Mode:

Sweep *# to enter the system entry management. Press the * key to return. Press 1 for wireless settings to add the network configuration.

2. Semi-Automatic Network Mode:

The door lock needs to have an administrator user recorded. After the APP enters the search page, tap the back lock setting key to add the network configuration.

Remarks:

• Using Tuya APP to Open Door Remotely: If the lock has a doorbell, ringing it will send instructions to the Tuya APP. If there is no doorbell, pressing 9# on the lock will send instructions to the Tuya APP. Upon receiving the instruction, the main page will prompt for remote door opening. Click to authorize.
• Using Tuya APP Temporary Password: After a temporary password is generated in the Tuya APP, an instruction is issued. Press 9# on the lock to issue the instruction. The APP will refresh the display, and the temporary password can be used.
