Factory Reset Instruction

Remote Control Overview

The remote control features the following buttons:

• SET button: Used for setting functions.
• Swing up: Controls upward movement.
• OK button: Confirms actions.
• Stop: Halts movement.
• Swing down: Controls downward movement.
• Position 1: Stores or recalls the first position.
• Position 2: Stores or recalls the second position.
• Memory 1: Button for Memory 1.
• Memory 2: Button for Memory 2.

Reset Procedure

Follow these steps to perform a factory reset:

1. Step 1: Unplug and replug first

   Plug the mount to restart the system.

2. Step 2: Reset Mode

   Long press the OK button for 10 seconds. The mount will retract to the lowest profile and stop.

3. Step 3: Adjust Tilt Angle (if applicable)

   If the mount is installed on a pitched ceiling, reset the maximum tilt angle. If on a flat ceiling, skip this step.

   Adjust the tilt angle to the proper position, then press the OK button. Then, long press the MEM1 button. Release the button when the buzzer beeps once. Repeat this same step for five times, and the buzzer will long beep. The maximum tilt angle is then successfully set.
