⚠️ Please follow national rules and regulations, as well as local rules for safe and civilized driving. Injuries caused by illegal driving are not related to this product. Please follow all legal obligations and consequences.

⚠️ When driving, please use protective equipment; it is forbidden to do any stunts, tire burns, drifts, or takeoff.

⚠️ Do not disassemble or modify the product. In the event of a product malfunction, consult with our agents to check and service to find out the reasons.

⚠️ The battery and battery compartment of this product is waterproof, but the scooter is not allowed to ride into the water, as water can be entering the battery compartment and will damage internal circuits and malfunction the scooter.

⚠️ Please use only our specific accessories, such as chargers, batteries, and so on.

⚠️ This product is intended only for one person; it is strictly forbidden to transport several people at once simultaneously and also objects.

⚠️ Do not charge indoors

Points for Pre-Ride Checks

Before riding, be sure to check the following:

  • Handlebar height adjustment to an appropriate position;
  • Adjust the entire car's folding lock and folder safety buckle to the locked state;
  • Meters, headlights, and horn are in working order, with no fault codes indicated;
  • Brake system is working properly, with no disc grinding, and the engine is constantly activated after pressing the brake lever;
  • Front and rear tire pressures are normal;
  • Check for any looseness of nuts on the front and rear axles;
  • The battery is sufficiently charged.

Environmental Considerations

⚠️ Ambient temperature greatly affects the battery. Do not expose it to force or damage it artificially. If you find any abnormal phenomenon, please quickly transfer the scooter to a safe open space and contact customer support in a timely manner. When the temperature is below 0°C, the battery power will decrease due to reduced molecular activity, but it will return to normal after the temperature rises.

⚠️ Do not leave the scooter in the sun or in the rain.

Major Components

The TOURSOR X14 electric scooter is equipped with various components:

  • Handlebar Area: Acceleration meter, LED large electronic display, dual-piston oil brake, non-slip competitive grips, multifunction switch, voltage lock, dual drive speed limit switch, U7 convex mirror headlight, German gapless handlebars, horn switch, and key voltage lock.
  • Frame and Body: Imported hydraulic inverted shock, hydraulic spring seat, reinforced rear handle, tech sense rear taillights, premium foot support, and a pedal mood light.
  • Powertrain: Vacuum tire brushless motor.

Using the Scooter

1. Folding

<1> Handlebar Folding

The handlebar can be folded for easier storage and transport:

  1. Open the quick-release lock in the pole setting and pull the handlebar down, adjusting the T-tube.
  2. Pull the handlebar outward bayonet lock and fold it down after exiting.
  3. To a suitable position, the handlebar folding is completed.

<2> Seat Folding

The seat can also be folded:

  1. Open the quick-release lock on the seat post and adjust the seat down.
  2. Press the seat folding lock up and lift the seat up.
  3. Turn the seat bag 90° counter-clockwise to the position as shown.
  4. Open the quick lock on the seat.
  5. Hold the base safety pin and fold it forward.
  6. Folding seat is complete.

2. Scooter Folding and Unfolding

Follow these steps to fold the main body of the scooter:

  1. Pull down the folder handle.
  2. Loosen the pole, pulling the lock backward, and fold the pole down.
  3. When you hear the sound, the folder is locked and the vertical pole is folded.

Notice for Folding

  1. When pulling down the safety handle of the folder and pulling the lock of the folder in the step of folding the pole, because the buckle of the folding mechanism is too tight, it may be necessary to push the pole forward to loosen the folding mechanism; otherwise, this step will be laborious.
  2. The first folding process should ideally be completed by two people: one person is responsible for holding the pole, otherwise the pole may suddenly fall due to inertia when the mechanism is folded, posing a safety hazard. In subsequent single-person folding processes, one hand must hold the upright pole while the other operates the folder.

Meter Notice

The meter is produced with standard batteries. If the battery is customized by the customer, the battery power display may be inaccurate, but it will not affect the use of the meter, and the battery life can be predicted through the real-time voltage. Due to the upgrade of the company's products, the display content of the product you get may be different from the manual, but it will not affect your normal use.

<4> Controller

The controller manages the electric system:

  • It is an electric control system by the controller, an acceleration instrument, and a function switch.
  • The controller features variable speed, brake power-off protection, under-voltage protection, and current limiting protection.
  • It acts as a motor speed control member, directly influencing the performance of the riding vehicle. Pulling the accelerator slowly is recommended; excessive force may damage the accelerator.
  • Regularly check the controller and keep the housing clean; this is conducive to heat dissipation. Check connection interfaces and repair or replace any deformed interfaces immediately.
  • Users should regularly check the accelerator and brake power-off function. If the accelerator does not reset promptly, or the power brake handle is cut off electrically, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.

<5> Power-Supply System

This section covers the battery and charging:

  • If opening the battery compartment cover, ensure waterproof treatment is applied to the installation.
  • Do not disassemble the battery body without permission; avoid short-circuiting the battery output terminals and damaging the battery.
  • It is strictly forbidden to short the positive and negative terminals of the battery with wires or conductors to avoid danger and battery damage.
  • Handle the battery gently; avoid dropping it from a height, as this can cause damage and unexpected danger.
  • The battery should be charged in a dry, ventilated environment, away from humidity, flammable, and explosive atmospheres.
  • Do not disassemble the dedicated battery charger.
  • Do not place items on the charger or battery box to avoid poor heat dissipation and damage to the charger and battery.
  • If a noticeable decline in cruising range occurs, check the battery for faults and seek timely repair or replacement.
  • The charger is strictly prohibited from being carried with the vehicle, as this may void the warranty if charging issues arise.
  • Users should maintain a full battery state and avoid prolonged storage in a discharged state, as this seriously affects battery life. Recharge the battery approximately every two months when not in use.
  • The battery should not be placed near flames or exposed to high temperatures. Do not place the battery near large or medium-sized batteries and strictly avoid direct sunlight exposure.
  • Do not run the motor while charging the battery.
  • If the terminal is broken, or the battery pack is damaged or deformed, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
  • Do not use over-standard chargers; use only the special charger configured by the company, otherwise, it may affect battery life or damage the battery. The company is not responsible for damage caused by non-standard chargers. Prohibit the charger from being connected to AC power without load.
  • After charging, first disconnect the AC power plug, and then unplug the battery charger from the battery.
  • To charge, insert the charger output plug (low voltage DC side) into the charging socket correctly. Then, plug the charger output plug (220V AC end) into an AC power socket with the same voltage and turn on the charger. The charger power indicator will turn red, indicating power is on and charging has started. When the charging indicator turns green, charging is complete.

Be sure to follow the instructions above to operate correctly.
