The ALLMATIC AV4 is a central unit designed for the manual control of up to four tubular motors. It facilitates both group and individual motor operation.

Installation

  1. Connect the 230VAC power supply as indicated.
  2. If a motor rotates in the wrong direction, reverse the appropriate Brown and Black wires.

ATTENTION:

Wiring for Group Control

Master Keyswitch: Allows all connected motors to operate simultaneously.

ATTENTION: The maximum total load allowed for group control is 6.3 A.

Wiring Diagram Description: The diagram shows a 230VAC mains supply connected to terminals 1 (L), 2 (N), and E (Earth). Terminals 3-4, 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, and 14-16 are for connecting four motors (M1, M2, M3, M4) respectively, with each motor having 'Open', 'Close', and 'Common' connections. Terminals 17-19 are for a Master Keyswitch, with connections for 'Open', 'Close', and 'Common'.

Wiring for Individual Control

Individual Keyswitches: Allows individual operation of tubular motors via their corresponding selector switches.

ATTENTION: Activate only one motor at a time.

Wiring Diagram Description: This diagram illustrates the individual wiring for each motor (M1, M2, M3, M4). Each motor is connected to its respective terminals (e.g., M1 to 5, 6, 7) with 'Open', 'Close', and 'Common' connections. The diagram shows a simplified representation of the keyswitch connections for each motor.
