Wiring Diagram (Sink / Source)
Diagrams illustrating the wiring for sink and source configurations. The diagrams show the input and output terminals, COM terminals, and connections for external power and loads. Notes indicate that COM terminals are not internally connected and recommend using a free-wheeling diode for inductive loads or an RC snubber for AC loads to protect contacts.
(*) Type T fuse
(1) The COMO and COM1 terminals are not connected internally.
(2) To improve the life time of the contacts, and to protect from potential inductive load damage, it is recommended to connect a free wheeling diode in parallel to each inductive DC load or an RC snubber in parallel of each inductive AC load.
