Safety Instructions

Read and understand the safety and operating instructions before using the product. Failure to do so can result in personal injury and material damage.

The product must be securely anchored before use.
Choose the placement carefully. Ensure sufficient space on both sides of the product for easy and safe maneuvering of a motorcycle into and out of the support.
The anchoring surface must be level, horizontal, stable, and have adequate load-bearing capacity for a heavy motorcycle.
Never modify or make any changes to the product.
Do NOT use the product if it is damaged or not functioning correctly.
Ensure that wind or other external factors cannot compromise the product's stability during use.

Description

The product is a tool for standing and storing motorcycles. It holds the front wheel in place and keeps the motorcycle upright. The product is also self-locking and suits most models with rim sizes from 15-22 inches and tire dimensions from 500-750 mm. It offers six different settings and adjustable positions. Predrilled holes are available for permanent attachment.

Diagrams

Diagram 1 shows an exploded view of the product's components. It labels the parts as: 1. Base frame, 2. Feet, 3. Wheel support, 4. Wheel holder, and 5. Pin.

Diagrams 2 through 6 illustrate the assembly process.

Assembly

Fit the feet (2) on the base frame (1) with the screws, nuts, and washers.
Fit the wheel support (3) on the base frame (1) with one of the pins (5) and R-clips, along with screws, nuts, and washers.
Place the wheel holder (4) in the desired position, fasten it with one of the pins (5), and lock the pin with R-clips.

NOTE: The wheel holder (4) can be moved forwards and backwards to suit different front wheel diameters. Measure the front wheel diameter of the motorcycle and check how the wheel fits against the wheel support (3) and wheel holder (4).

Maintenance

Regularly check that the product is free from damage and functions correctly.
Lubricate moving parts when necessary.
Wipe with a soft cloth and clean with a mild detergent if necessary.
