Magnetic Stirrer Operation Instruction
I. Brief Introduction
The Magnetic Stirrer is widely used in various large and medium-sized institutions, environmental protection, scientific research, sanitation, epidemic prevention, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, medical, and other units. The equipment offers good performance, no noise, no vibration, and a remarkable mixing effect, making it an ideal tool for experimental and laboratory personnel.

IV. Operating Instruction (Liquid Crystal Display)
The control panel features:
- PV: Displays the temperature. When no external sensor is used, it shows the furnace plate temperature. When an external sensor is connected, it shows the external sensor temperature.
- SV: Represents rotational speed. The set state shows the setting rotational speed, and the non-set state shows the running rotational speed.
- RUN: Button to start/stop operation.
- Temperature Setting: Control for setting the temperature.
- Speed Setting: Control for setting the rotational speed.
- Indicator lights for heating (?) and potential warnings (⚠️).
If an external temperature sensor is not placed in the beaker on the heating plate, temperature changes cannot be sensed within ten minutes after the machine is powered on. The instrument controller will close the heating and display "pot".
- Place the machine on a horizontal table and connect one end of the power cord to the power jack on the back of the machine base.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard socket.
- Pay attention to the power switch on the right side of the machine base. The line (-) indicates 'open' (on), and the circle (0) indicates 'close' (off).
- Place the machine in a stable position. Put the beaker containing liquid medicine in the center of the working plate, ensuring the appropriate rotor is in the beaker and centered. Turn on the power. The upper part of the meter will show the working plate temperature (or external sensor temperature if connected), and the lower part will show "OFF". Press the "HEAT" knob; the machine starts to heat. Rotate the "HEAT" knob to adjust to the required temperature. (When the knob is rotated, the setting temperature is displayed on the upper part of the meter; 2 seconds after finishing rotation, the working plate temperature is displayed). Similarly, press the "STIR" knob; the machine starts to stir. Rotate the "STIR" knob to adjust the required rotational speed. (When the knob is rotated, the setting rotational speed is displayed on the lower part of the meter; 2 seconds after finishing rotation, the current rotational speed is displayed).
- If you need to measure the temperature of the liquid in the beaker, connect the bracket, insert the sensor lead plug into the back of the machine, and then insert the sensor into the liquid. The temperature displayed on the meter at this time is the temperature of the liquid.
V. Operating Instruction (No Displayer)
Place the machine in a stable position. Put the beaker containing liquid medicine in the center of the working plate, ensuring the appropriate rotor is in the beaker and centered. Turn on the power. Adjust the temperature by rotating the "HEAT" knob at different angles. The "HEAT" indicator light is on when heating, and the heating power is adjusted by the "HEAT" knob. Adjust the stir speed by rotating the "STIR" knob at different angles. The "STIR" indicator light is on when stirring, and the STIR speed is adjusted by the "STIR" knob. The temperature of the liquid in the beaker can be measured by a thermometer fixed with a bracket.
VI. Matters Needing Attention
- Avoid using in a humid environment.
- When in use, do not fill the beaker too full to prevent overflow during stirring.
- Do not touch the working plate during use to avoid scalds.
