Introduction
This class D digital amplifier offers great performance and is designed to meet the high demand of the installation market. This power amplifier can drive and make traditional passive speakers smart. With the free iOS and Android applications, users can easily control their smart audio system. Stream the same music to all zones or different music to different zones, from local storage (cell phone memory, NAS, USB flash disk, hard disk) or online streaming services like Spotify, Tidal, TuneIn, iHeartRadio, Napster, and more.

Interface and Functions
Back Panel Connections:
- 1 WiFi Antenna: Used for WiFi connection.
- 2 Reset: Used to reset the device if there are WiFi connection issues.
- 3 Subwoofer out: Used to connect to an active subwoofer.
- 4 Network connection: RJ45 port for wired Ethernet network connection.
- 5 Line input: Analog input via RCA cable for audio devices.
- 6 Optical: Digital input for 2.1 optical equipped devices.
- 7 USB input: Used to connect local storage devices.
- 8 Speaker terminals: Phoenix speaker terminals for connecting 8 Ohms speakers.
- 9 Power input: DC power input for connecting the power adapter.
- 10 Mobile wireless antenna: Used to pair with mobile devices via popular wireless services.
Front Panel Controls:
- 11 LED: Indicates device status. Blinking White: Power on or Network Connecting. Solid White: Network connected, WiFi and USB streaming. Solid Blue: Wireless Input Active. Solid Green: Line Input Active. Solid Purple: Optical Input Active.
- 12 Pre out: Provides analog signal to another amplifier.
- 13 Volume: Manually adjusts device volume.
- 14 Treble: Manually adjusts treble.
- 15 Bass: Manually adjusts bass.
How it Works
The SA100 connects to a home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, allowing it to stream music from the internet, smart devices, NAS, or cloud services. A Sound System App on a mobile device controls playback.
Installation Guide
- Unpack: Verify all accessories are included.
- Place: Position the amplifier in a safe and proper location. An integrated mounting bracket allows wall or surface mounting. Complete all installation steps before permanent mounting.
- Connect:
- Speaker Wiring: The SA100 handles speakers from 4-16 ohms impedance. Properly wire the male phoenix connectors, matching positive and negative terminals to the speaker's terminals.
- Power Connection: Power the amplifier using the included power adapter.
- Download the App: Download the MUZO application from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Configuration
Option 1: Configuration via App
- Connect your mobile device to your network.
- Open the MUZO application, press 'Add Device (+)', choose 'settings', then select the 'SoundSystem_xxxx' hotspot.
- After connecting, press 'turn back' in your WLAN settings. The app will proceed to the configuration step.
- Choose your 2.4G network and enter the password. Wait for the device to be configured.
Option 2: Configuration via Web Console
- Power the device.
- Connect your phone or computer to the 'SoundSystem_xxxx' hotspot.
- Open a web browser and enter 10.10.10.254.
- Navigate to WiFi, choose your 2.4G router, enter the password, and click 'connect'. Wait for the device to be configured.
Option 3: Connection via LAN
- Power the device.
- Plug in a wired cable to the RJ45 Ethernet port. The device will appear in the app within approximately 10 seconds.
App Photo Gallery
Playback: The 'Device List' displays available zones. Select a zone to view current source information. Swipe right to see available sources and select the next song, or swipe left to return to the current source.
Zone Combining: Combine zones to play the same source simultaneously. Press and hold a zone, then drag it onto the master zone to merge. Zones will combine in about 30 seconds. To separate zones, drag a zone below the dotted line.
Streaming from Phone/NAS/Online Services: Access music files on your network or connected hardware, as well as selected streaming options.
Device Settings: Set alarms, sleep timers, view technical information, or rename your speaker.
Firmware Update
RAKOSO will notify you in the app when a new firmware version is available. Updating firmware is recommended to correct bugs, improve security, and add new features or services.

- A: Yes. They support AirPlay and third-party apps like BubbleUPNP.
- Q: How many zones can you group in one system?
- A: 12 rooms is the maximum, while 8 zones are recommended.
- Q: What distance can your wireless audio system cover?
- A: Once the system is connected to your WiFi router, you can stream your music anywhere there is a WiFi signal.
- Q: Can it play high-resolution music?
- A: Yes. Our devices can play APE and FLAC within the normal bit rate range. They also support decoding 24bit/192kHz music files.
- Q: How many languages do you support?
- A: Our devices will auto-detect your mobile device language and change automatically. Currently, we support English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese, with more on the way.
- Q: What online music services do you support?
- A: Spotify, Tidal, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Napster, and more, with more pending.
- Q: Can I play local music?
- A: Yes. You can play music from “MY MUSIC” on the application from local storage devices such as mobile device storage, USB thumb drives, portable hard disk, and NAS.
- Q: Can RAKOSO work with Windows devices?
- A: The Windows application is not available at the moment, but on Windows PCs, users can use iTunes, Foobar2000, and Spotify Connect as a line input.
