Product Overview
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the SDRD SD-516 Portable Karaoke Speaker.
Operating Instructions
All instructions should be read carefully before operation and follow the instructions.
- The speaker should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, and not exposed to moist air or water.
- Place the unit on a stable place to prevent it from being fallen down.
- The speaker should be only connected to a power supply described in the operating instructions.
- The user should not attempt to repair the speaker if you are not professional.
- Disconnect the power cable from the outlet & switch off before cleaning the unit. Please only use soft cloth, no harsh abrasives or chemicals to clean, as they will damage the appearance.
- The power cable of the speaker should be unplugged from the outlet and power switch should be off when left unused for a long period of time.

Speaker Description

The speaker features various controls and ports including:

- NEXT/ (VOLUME +) Button
OFF/ON:
- "OFF" indicates Power off.
- "ON" indicates Power on, the speaker will enter the play mode as the last time.
Charging:
Insert the power adapter into the "DC 5.0V" port to charge the built-in battery.
Play Mode:
- LINE: Insert audio equipment to the "LINE" port to play music from mobile phones, MP3 players, computers, and other audio sources.
- MP3 function (U disk): Insert a U disk, and it will play music from the U disk. The "OUT" port serves as the audio output.
Button Function
- Voice: Short press the "Voice" button to switch between 4 kinds of Magic Voice. Press again after the last magic voice to return to regular voice. Long press the "Voice" button to return to the original voice directly.
- EQ: Short press the "EQ" mode button for six kinds of EQ effect conversions (pop, rock, classical, bass, treble, standard).
- Scene: Selects sound field modes, with two modes: reverb and echo.
- LED: LED mode has four options: magic color, rhythm, breathing, and long press the LED key to switch lights.
- MODE: The MODE button cycles through modes (Bluetooth, U disk, LINE, OUT).
- V-/<<: Short press for the PREVIOUS song; Long press for volume down.
- II: Short press to pause or play.
- V+/: Short press for the NEXT song; Long press for volume up.
Instructions for Use
Upon powering on, Bluetooth mode is the default. Search for the Bluetooth device named "SD-516" on your phone for connection. The mode will convert to USB when a U disk is inserted. It will convert to LINE/OUT mode when a 3.5MM audio cable is inserted.
Microphone Description

The microphone includes the following controls:
- VOLUME
- VOLUME +
- REVERB -
- REVERB +
- POWER
Button Function:
- Volume: Press the button to decrease the volume.
- Volume +: Press the button to increase the volume.
- Reverb -: Press the button to reduce the reverb effect.
- Reverb +: Press the button to increase the reverb effect.
- Short press the "palm" key to switch between applause and laughter.
- Short press the "microphone" key to switch between sing/accompaniment mode and mute the microphone.
- Long press the switch key to switch the machine on and off.
- Simply press and hold the wireless microphone's power switch to turn on the microphone. The microphone will display a blue light and automatically connect to the speaker, allowing you to start singing.
Charging Instructions
There are two ways to charge the microphone:
- Use a 5V 1-2A adapter to charge the charging port via the Type-C cable connected to the bottom of the microphone.
- When the speaker is plugged into the DC power supply, the microphone can be directly placed in the microphone placement slot on the speaker to be charged.
During the charging process, the red indicator light on the microphone will illuminate. The red indicator light will turn off when charging is complete.
Singing/Recording Instruction
When the speaker is turned on, the wireless microphone connects to the speaker by default after powering on. Turn on the wireless microphone's power switch to begin singing in any speaker mode. Adjust the volume on the karaoke speaker to achieve your desired effect.
Note:
- Please use a 5V/2A charger for charging. Do not play music while charging.
- When the microphone is turned on, do not point the microphone directly at the speaker to avoid howling.
