Smart Tag User Manual
This document provides instructions and guidelines for using the Smart Tag, a global positioner designed to integrate with the Apple Find My network for secure and user-friendly item tracking.
Overview Introduction
The Smart Tag integrates with Apple's Find My network to provide a secure and user-friendly solution for tracking items, making it easy to locate keys, wallets, and more, with security and privacy at the forefront. The Smart Tag is designed for user convenience, simplifying daily life and allowing users to say goodbye to lost belongings and enjoy a peace of mind lifestyle.
Button Function
- Power On: Tap the button once and hear 1 beep (1 tick).
- Power Off: Press and hold the button (about 5s) to hear 3 prompt sounds (3 ticks) and release.
- Factory Reset: Click 3 times in a row + long press the 4th time to hear a long beep tone.
How to Pair
Note: Requires iOS or iPadOS version 14.5 or above.
- Place the Smart Tag next to your Apple device (e.g., iPhone).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your Apple device and connect to the Internet.
- Press the side button of the Smart Tag once to turn on the device.
- Open the 'Find My' app.
- In the 'Find My' app, tap '+' then 'Add Other Item'.
- Once your Tag is located, tap 'connect'.
- Enter a name and choose an emoji for your Tag, then tap 'Continue'.
- Find My will ask for confirmation to add your Tag to your Apple ID. Tap 'Agree'.
- Tap 'Finish' to complete the setup.
Battery Replacement
- Rotate the back cover counterclockwise to open it.
- Replace with a new CR2032 coin cell battery, paying attention to the positive and negative electrodes.
- Turn the back cover clockwise to close it securely.
Battery: The Smart Tag contains a CR2032 coin cell battery, which may need replacement during the product's lifespan. Ensure correct polarity when replacing.
Additional Tips
- Pairing Issues: If pairing fails due to network issues, ensure your phone is linked to the Apple server. Try switching networks (Wi-Fi/mobile), factory resetting the device, or re-pairing.
- Removing Device: To remove the Smart Tag from your Apple device, open the 'Find My' app, select 'Items', find the device, scroll down, and tap 'Remove this device'.
- Battery Life: Battery life depends on usage habits. Frequent use of the call function can accelerate battery drain.
Important Matters
The Smart Tag contains delicate electronic components, including a battery. To avoid damage, loss of function, or potential harm, please refrain from:
- Dropping, hitting, or puncturing the device.
- Crushing, disassembling, or exposing it to extreme heat or liquids.
- Placing it in areas with a high concentration of industrial chemicals.
AWARNING: Do not swallow the battery. Choking Hazard Warning: The Smart Tag, its battery compartment door, the battery itself, and the case may pose a choking hazard or cause injury to small children. Please keep these items out of reach of young children.
Medical Device Interference: The Smart Tag contains components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields, as well as magnets. These may potentially interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance between your medical device and the Smart Tag. Consult your physician and the medical device manufacturer for specific guidance. Discontinue use immediately if you suspect interference.
Important Handling Guidelines
Discoloration with regular use is normal. To clean, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid applying pressure with sharp objects on the rubber seal or battery terminal contacts. Do not allow moisture to enter any openings or use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasive materials for cleaning.

FCC Caution
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
