This guide provides essential information for using your Oral-B iO Series 3, 4, or 5 electric toothbrush.

Getting Started: Daily Brushing

For optimal oral hygiene, brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day (morning and night).

Brushing Steps:

? Wet the brush head under running water.
? Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
? Place the brush head in your mouth and begin brushing.
Brush all surfaces of your teeth, ensuring gentle pressure.
The toothbrush features a built-in timer that signals every 30 seconds to move to a different quadrant of your mouth, completing a 2-minute session.
After brushing, rinse your mouth and thoroughly rinse the brush head under running water.

Charging and Maintenance

Charging the Toothbrush

? Place the toothbrush handle onto the charging puck and connect the puck to a power outlet. A full charge typically takes approximately 16 hours. The battery indicator will show the charging status.

Brush Head Replacement

? For best performance, replace your brush head approximately every 3 months. To remove the old brush head, pull it straight off the handle. Attach a new brush head by pushing it firmly onto the metal shaft.

Resetting the Handle

To reset the toothbrush handle, press and hold the power button ? for 2 seconds.
