1. The promoter of this Offer is eircom Limited trading as eir, a company incorporated in Jersey with registration number 116389 and having its registered office at 22 Grenville Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PX and having its principal place of business at 2 Heuston South Quarter, Saint John's Road West, Dublin 8, D08 Y42N, Ireland. 2. All capitalized terms herein (unless otherwise defined) shall have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions for eir Mobile service.
3. This Offer is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Xiaomi 14C handset, on an eir prepay Simplicity plan or postpay handset plan with a 24 month contract on eir Mobile, from a participating eir sale sales channel.
4. Eligible participants will receive a free Xiaomi Watch 5 Active. The Watch 5 Active will be automatically issued to the eligible participant at the point of sale in retail stores or delivered with orders via online or telesales
5. The promotion will commence on November 4th 2024 and will run until November 30th 2024, or while stocks last or as otherwise notified by eir.
6. This promotion is open to consumer and Small-Medium Business customers.
7. The Xiaomi Watch 5 Active is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
8. In the event of any dispute regarding these Offer terms and conditions or this Offer, the decision of eir will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer and/or vary the Offer terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Participation in the Offer denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional Offer specific terms and conditions, which may be advertised.
11. Entry to the Offer is strictly for people of 18 years of age and over.
12. These Offer terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
