Zigma Smart Doll Quick Start Guide
1. Download and Install the "Zigma" App
Scan the QR codes provided or search for "Zigma" on Google Play or the Apple App Store to download and install the application. You can also download it from the official website: https://www.eu-cat.com/.
The app can be downloaded via Google Play or the App Store.

2. Power Switch & Power Supply Modes for Smart Doll

Regulatory marks FC, CE, and CAN ICES / NMB-3(B) are visible on the device.
3. Registration/Login
Register or log in to your Zigma account. The app displays screens for account registration and login, including fields for email address, password, and options to sign up with a phone number. Ensure you accept the service agreement and privacy policy.
Screenshots show a "Glad to see you!" welcome message for registration and a "Welcome back!" message for login, with options to select country/region.
4. Add devices to the application
To add the doll to the application, scan the QR code located on the device. The doll is a plush toy with a pink bear-like hood, large eyes, and holding small bags. Instructions indicate to turn over the back of the doll, unzip the back zipper, and scan the QR code on the battery box.
Eye Indicator Light Description:
- ? (steady): Device is recording, please speak.
- ? (slow blink): Connected to Wi-Fi, ready for use.
- ? (slow blink): Not connected or network error; re-pairing recommended.
- ? (rapid flash): Low battery; replace battery or use external power (e.g., power bank or USB).
Button Functions:
- Left Button: [short press] Interrupt current response; [press and hold] Enter voice recording mode (start conversation); [release] End recording and wait for response.
- Right Button: [short press] Interrupt current response (acts as Wake-up in sleep mode); [long press] Enter pairing mode (Wi-Fi connection).
5. Network configuration
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Note: 5G networks are not supported currently; only 2.4GHz is supported. The app displays a Wi-Fi selection screen.
To enter pairing mode, press and hold the right hand of the doll for 3-5 seconds until the eyes flash alternately in yellow and blue.
Follow the app instructions to complete the network configuration. The app shows screens for connecting the device and confirming successful connection.
After successful network configuration, you can set basic information for the doll, such as "Baby Nickname" and "Baby's birthday", to personalize the experience.
6. After-sales service
For after-sales service, the app provides access to a "Smart agent" and "After-Sales Service Expert". Users are prompted to scan the network configuration QR code on their product to help resolve issues. The interface shows options for "Add Device" and "Scan QR".
